I’ve been using this whey protein post-workout and also in overnight oats. The smell and taste is great, mixes easily without clumps and provides 24g of protein per scoop along with BCAAs; an all-in-one supplement. The packaging is simple but sealed well, giving peace of mind that it’s fresh. The only small annoyance is locating the scoop at the top of a new tub, but otherwise it’s perfect. Definitely worth the extra money for the quality and reliability of Optimum Nutrition products. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein for a while now, and it’s by far one of the best protein powders I’ve tried. The mixability is fantastic – no clumps, just smooth and easy to blend with water or milk. The taste is also great (I personally love the Double Rich Chocolate flavour), not too sweet or artificial like some other brands. In terms of performance, it delivers exactly what you need. High protein content per scoop, low in sugar and fats, and it helps massively with muscle recovery after workouts. I’ve noticed better recovery times and muscle gains since incorporating this into my routine. A bit on the pricier side, but you’re paying for top-quality protein with minimal fillers. Definitely worth it for anyone serious about their fitness goals!

One of the best! normally I cannot have dairy however with this product I never had an issue! Maybe is a low fat or don’t have anything daring!

DO NOT BUY THE HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE!!! I've had bannana, stawberry and peanut butter. All were very nice. The Hazelnut chocolate however tastes like arse, and i actively heave when im downing it. Idiot me bought like 2kg of the stuff too so going to have to force it down for a month or so. Overall product is very good, and mixes well in shakes or sloppy oats. Just stay away from Hazelnut chocolate unless you had your taste buds removed.

De smaak is geweldig. Ik vond het veel beter dan de dubbele chocolade ondanks dat dat smaak populairder is.

Recht teuer - dafür aber sehr leicht löslich, gut verträglich und vor allem ist der Geschmack nicht zu aufdringlich. Wird wieder gekauft.

Je prends cette whey depuis longtemps et je n’en change pas. Le goût chocolat noisette est vraiment réussi : pas écœurant, bien équilibré, et facile à boire, même avec de l’eau. La digestion est nickel, aucune lourdeur ni inconfort. Côté efficacité, rien à dire : bonne récupération, apport protéique de qualité, et constance dans les résultats. La texture est fluide, se mélange bien, sans grumeaux. Le rapport qualité-prix est très intéressant, surtout quand il y a des promos. Clairement une référence dans le domaine. Pour moi, c’est un incontournable, je continue sans hésiter.

Buena proteína. Se disuelve rápidamente, y tiene un sabor bien logrado. Lo probé con agua. No esperes que sepa a Nutella jeje pero a lo mejor combinado con leche y plátano en un batido se siento algo más elaborado! La probaré con avena y leche a ver que tal! Pero muy bien, lo vale!
