Beyerdynamic DT Pro Series 770/880/990 Leatherette Replacement Button Black Headband for Headphone

Solid quality, fits great, and is durable. My stock one got pretty worn out over time, this one is still going strong.

It's bigger than the one I was replacing by 1/8 of an inch, but it fits well nonetheless. Replaced the band on a DT770 and also on a DT1990 PRO, since getting the original for that model was more of a hassle, and this one fits well anyway.

I used this to replace the decaying plastic headband on my 7 year old DT-880 black special edition headphones. Mine do not have any apparent way to unscrew the headband assembly, so I just pulled out the old one, snapped on the new one, and then painstakingly stuffed the ends of the headband into the headphones. I genuinely thought it would not fit, but in the end it fits perfectly, looks great, and will clearly hold up better than the stock headband.

This is an official OEM replacement. It was a little challenging to get on. It is a very tight fit. But the quality is high.

Fits the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Headband Just Right. It Was Easy For Me To Place This On The Headset Band. Others here "claim" it was hard for them to get this replacement cushion band on the 770 headset; I don't have a clue why they had a problem with this. Impatient? Go figure....

Ich besitze die ganzen ersten 5 Jahre meinen Beyerdynamic MMX 300 Manufaktur (600 Ohm Variante 2. Generation). Nicht weil mein Kopfband komplett weg gekrümelt ist. Nein ich wollte es eigentlich aus Design Gründen kaufen. Und vor allen dingen das Original von Beyerdynamic haben . Es war jedesmal ausverkauft wie jetzt wieder. Jetzt habe ich mir die Zeit genommen mir ein neues Kopfband zu ordern. Zugegeben es war am Anfang nicht leicht, das Kopfband um den Kopfhörer zu führen und zu falten. Aber mit drei durch Biegungen ging alles von allein. Ihr müsst allerdings auf das Kabel aufpassen, das es nicht zu fest gedrückt ist. Es muss in die innere Schiene durchgeführt werden um platz um das Kopfband im inneren zu haben. Was mir allerdings auffällt durch den Tausch des Kopfbandes, das mein Kopfhörer etwas fester um meinen Kopf herum ist. Was allerdings nicht zu fest drückt. Eher das Gegenteil. Es ist ganz entspannter um meinen Kopf herum. Was mit auch noch auffällt ist der Klang. Ja viele würden jetzt sagen VooDoo. Nein. Ich habe den Kopfhörer seit 2019 (also vor 5 Jahren) im Betrieb. Und das fast jeden Tag. Was mir auffällt der Klang ist wesentlich fester und basslastiger, als das Beipack -Kopfband mit Klettverschluss. Der Klang ist wesentlich solider im positiven sinne. Dies liegt wahrscheinlich daran das dieses Kopfband besser auf meinen Kopf schmiegt, als das Kopfband mit Klett. Dieses Kopfband mit Knopf ist wesentlich härter als das mit Klett. Vielleicht liegt es daran das die Ohrlautsprecher sich viel fester auf meine Ohren umklammert. Das könnte den Klang im positiven sinne verbessern. Der Preis ist wirklich sehr gut, aber leider nicht mehr vom original Hersteller bei Amazon momentan zu ordern. Ich rate euch wirklich, wenn ihr noch das Kopfband mit Klett um euren Kopfhörer habt. Kauft euch diese Kopfband von Beyerdynamic. Ich bin absolut begeistert vom Preisleistungs Verhältnis und Qualität. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen.
