Motorcycle Helmet Chin Mount Kit Compatible with GoPro 13/12/11/10/9, DJI Action 6/5 Pro/4/3, AKASO and More Action Cameras

I have bought so many different chin mounts and can never get one that fits just right. My last one almost cost me my camera, hit a bump and it all came off, the little security cord caught it luckily. But I have been using this for quite a few months and it's still holding strong. It's basically universal on any helmet. Its well built, not just thin plastic on some adhesive strip. It has hinges on every section to form a good fit. Very light and simple to install. I thought mine had been delivered and it was a totally different mount. I reported that this isn't what I ordered, and started the return process. They sent me out a new one, but then this one did come, so I had 2 of them. I like it so much I decided to keep it and cancel the return process and just had them charge my card for the replacement. Me and my fiance both use them. Never had an issue with them.

I can’t speak on the sticky mounts that they come with cause i had a OEM 3M sticky pad already on my helmet. They are really strong so I just re used it. The part that clips into the sticky mount was a bit wobbly so I switched to a go pro branded one and it doesn’t have any play at all. I mainly used this kit for the pegless arm mounts. These have screws that fit flush so there’s no knobs sticking out which is an awesome touch. Im sure the sticky mount that comes with the kit and the part that clicks into it would be fine because they were made to fit each other but if you’re using either the sticky pad or the part that clicks in with a go pro branded part they may not match up perfectly with each other and there may be some play. Just something worth noting. Quality looks great. If you’re in need of a kit and you plan on using all the parts in the kit it will work great. But if you’re mix matching just check for some play in the mating up of parts. It may cause the camera to rattle and cause audio or video issues if it’s not 100% secure. Hope this helps! Comes with plenty of mounting tape if you need it.It does need a flat surface to stick onto otherwise the mounting tape isn't going to work too well.

Extremely versatile, plenty of articulation to meet all of my MotoCam needs. Adhesion is superb. Integrates well with my GoPro gear. There is a little slop between the mount and the arm, but that's easily remedied with a little DIY ingenuity. TONS of extras make this purchase sweet. You might ignore the wrench included with all the free stuff, as I did, replaced it with my own dedicated mini, but otherwise, all the free extra stuff is usable and helpful. Just completed a 1300 mile trek with the cam mount attached and in use for about 80% of those miles. No worries, no complaints, all smiles. This package is a steal at this price point. Well worth the money.

Works amazing with all the different mounts. I use this all the time and am extremely happy with it. Fits perfect on the helmet and super strong tape

I used this when riding the NEBDR. In total it was over 2000 miles in a week. This mount, despite having cleaned with alcohol and mounting to a semi-flat (helmets are round) surface, it fell off twice. Additionally, the gaps between the arm and where the GoPro mount are slightly too large and the GoPro wobbles. Thankfully the GoPro compensates for shaking, but the gap also prevented a proper tightening. I frequently had to check that the GoPro was facing correctly as, often times, it would fall forward and face the ground. Additionally, the hardware is not stainless and therefore was rusted by the end of my trip. I recommend not buying this.

Works great on a Carberg Modular Helmet. Solved the issue i had with the chin strapped ones since those one block the air intakes and the mask opening lever or hinge

I have used this same GoPro on my motorcycle helmet in the past. I wanted to move the camera to the front of my helmet for a better angle. I secured the camera and the mount like always to the helmet. As soon as I hit 70ish the adhesive came clean right off and sent the GoPro flying. First run with this product and it t destroyed my camera. Extremely pissed. Now it will be months before I can get a new camera.

Very good. The package contained all the necessary parts. Well made quality and durability is good too.

Still holding strong but the adhesive doesn't have full coverage on the surface I feel like it'll fall off eventually.

Useless. The clips snap with normal usage, which was very short-lived, as the bolts cannot be tightened adequately, and so slip hopelessly. I would have glued it together if the mounting clip didn't snap first. Now occupying my nearest landfill site.

Easy to use, solid mount

3m it’s not good. The mount detached from the adhesive strip on its own, without any load. I ordered some glue and decided to stick it on that way, as I don't trust the tape. However, the mount itself is good.
