Works great with my phone at work. The quality is clear. I called my cell phone and left a message, and the quality was good. The additional adapters in the box were nice though I didn't have to use them. I'd recommend this to anyone considering. Read the description and confirm your phone is compatible before buying :)

They are clear, very comfortable and look beautifull. The microphone is clear costumers understand me without issues. They are easy to use and i like that you can chose right or left side. Deffinatly worth every penny.

Anyone Else Experiencing This Issue?
I ordered this due to the specs stating it can be plugged into a landline. I tried both adapters and neither worked. The instructions state if one adapter does not work, to try the other - did that and I could hear through it, but the person on the other end of the line could not hear me. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there something I should do differently? EDITED 1/7/26 - After chatting with a customer service rep, who walked me through different options, she recommended a different but similar product, which works perfectly! Who knew certain adapters were so important!

Sounds great, feels comfy and looks nice
Just received and using this headset. Gotta say, it's pretty good! The ear piece is comfy, the headband fits a range of head sizes and the sound clarity is great. Other people in the Teams meeting confirmed my microphone is fine and my words are clear. If it stays like this for a long time, I'll be very happy. It was boxed nicely and the range of plugs is great - I can use it directly in the 3.5mm jack on my PC or plug it into my Cisco desk phone too (also very clear). As a bonus, it's a very cool looking shade of gold. About to order another one for home.

Best value for money in a quality headset
I am well impressed at the quality of this moderate priced headset. It came with every conceivable adaptor, and is comfortable to wear and use. I have a hearing impediment, and can use this set with or without my hearing aids. First time talking on the telephone has been comfortable for years. Thank you, Amazon!
