Hyland's Restful Legs PM Tablets, Nighttime Formula so You Can Sleep, 50ct

I've lived with restless legs syndrome for my entire adult life, so getting a good night's sleep has often felt out of reach. Over the years I've tried a long list of remedies, and most either didn't help or only worked occasionally. I'm now on my third bottle of Hyland's Restful Legs PM, and that's what finally convinced me it was time to write a review. For me, these have been the most consistently effective over-the-counter option I've found. They don't work 100% of the time—nothing has—but they work reliably enough that I make sure I never run out. The quick-dissolving tablets are easy to take before bed, and I appreciate that I don't have to swallow another pill. When they help, I'm able to settle my legs and fall asleep much more easily instead of spending hours tossing and turning. If you've never experienced restless legs syndrome, it's hard to explain how exhausting and frustrating it can be. If you have, you know you'll try almost anything for a decent night's sleep. While everyone's experience is different, these have made a meaningful difference in mine. Would I buy them again? Absolutely. In fact, this is my third order, and they've earned a permanent place on my nightstand.

I have peripheral artery disease which makes my legs hurt and Hyland’s Restful Legs PM has helped me get my sleep all night. I have had no bad side effects and the tablets melt in your mouth. It really gives me relief.

It helps calm that uncomfortable, agitated feeling in my legs at night so I can relax and fall asleep more easily. The quick-dissolving tablets are convenient and easy to take, and I appreciate that it doesn't leave me feeling groggy the next morning. Since using this product, my nights have been much more restful and my sleep quality has improved. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for gentle nighttime relief from restless, uncomfortable legs.

My husband tends to kick a lot while he's sleeping. I had him try these since he won't go to a doctor for a sleep study (for multiple symptoms). They havent completely cut out the jerking/kicking but they have significantly reduced it and i can notice if he forgot. They are effective enough that I can sleep and not have bruises lol. They dissolve under your tongue and taste fine- not great but not terrible either.

This product not only assists in stopping leg cramps and pain, it also helps me fall asleep. Quick to disolve tablets under tongue. Love it!

I AM 44 YEARS OLD AND IN PERIMENOPAUSE W/ ONE OVARY. I used to work in a hormone replacement wellness center, and a lot of women complained of restless leg during the night when they had lower estrogen levels. My doctor had recently prescribed Requip or Ropinorol … I didn’t really want to take prescription medicine so I wanted something more natural. My husband used to wake me up, telling me to take the medicine because apparently I was kicking him in the middle of the night and didn’t know it. I WAS ALSO VERY TIRED! I had a sleep study done and they said I was twitching every few minutes all night. That was def interrupting my sleep and circadian rhythm. I was so tired I fell asleep in his waiting room!! NEVER AGAIN!!! SOMETIMES - THAT IS LOWER HORMONES, BUT IT’S ALSO DUE TO IMPROPER REST. YOU MAY THINK YOU SLEPT SIX TO EIGHT HOURS, BUT IF YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM IS MORE ACTIVE DUE TO TWITCHING AND KICKING ALL NIGHT, YOUR BODY NEVER REALLY RESTS SO ALL DAY LONG IT’S STILL TRYING TO GET THAT REST. AFTER I TAKE THESE, I SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT AND I WAKE UP FEELING MORE RESTED.!! WORKS LIKE A CHARM! WORKS JUST AS WELL, IF NOT BETTER THAN REEQUIP!! Lessens but not alleviate restless leg pain. If I had no other choice I might would order again but I was not impressed with this

Helpful to calm the constant moving of my legs when trying to go to sleep. This product works for my husband and me.

I cannot tell yet if it works on not. I think it made me go to sleep and reduce pain, but it may only be my wishful self-fulfilling expectation. I am highly surprised on myself that I just swallow blindly a tablet from Amazon. Very fed up with my restless leg pain that tortures me for 4 years.
