Simply the best white chocolate for baking and melting
This chocolate is absolutely elite. It has a perfectly balanced, rich, creamy vanilla flavor without being overwhelmingly sweet like standard supermarket white chocolate. The callets melt smoothly and evenly, making it a dream to use for ganache, tempering, or baking. Pure professional quality!

Good but not enough to warrant double the price
I like this chocolate, it's very tasty but for me I genuinely don't know a huge difference between this and other much cheaper white chocolate when used in a ganache or melted. I think that it is much easier to work with in that it is easy to make a ganache and feels more difficult to wind up with a split situation but saying that, I don't think the flavour is anything much over and above what I can purchase at a supermarket for half price. I will use this for special occasion cakes and baking but I think on a general level I will continue to use supermarket chocolate for your average day today baking. one thing It would be nice nice if this came in a resealable bag as it is quite a large bag and you would be unlikely to use it all at once.
