Unfortunately, the price increase prevents me from giving it a perfect overall rating. Taste — 5/5 Stars One of the biggest reasons I enjoy this protein powder is the taste. It's excellent, and unlike some protein supplements that feel like a chore to drink, this is something I actually look forward to having. Taste is especially important when you're consuming protein regularly, and Transparent Labs delivers in this department. Performance — 5/5 Stars I'm equally satisfied with the performance. Protein powder is something many customers purchase repeatedly, not just once. When prices continue to climb, affordability becomes a significant consideration. I don't mind paying a premium for quality, but I also expect reasonable value for my money. Final Verdict — 4/5 Stars Transparent Labs makes an excellent whey protein powder. The taste is outstanding, the performance meets my expectations, and I'm very satisfied with the overall quality. However, the higher price makes it harder for me to justify giving it five stars. Bottom line: Five stars for taste, five stars for performance, but only three stars for pricing. That brings my overall rating to four stars. I would absolutely recommend this protein powder based on its quality, but I hope Transparent Labs reconsiders its pricing. A great product should also offer reasonable value to loyal customers.

With water, it’s very clean and drinkable. With almond milk it feels creamier and more like a milkshake. I also blended it with banana + ice and it came out super smooth. Results & use case: I mainly take this after workouts or as a quick breakfast when I don’t have time to cook. It keeps me full for a few hours and gives me a solid protein bump without feeling heavy. What I’d change: The flavor is mild, which I like, but if you prefer sweeter shakes you may want to blend with fruit or add a drop of honey. A slightly larger container size option would also be nice. Who this is perfect for: Someone who wants a clean, grass-fed whey with simple ingredients, good digestion, and a neutral flavor that works well alone or in smoothies. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now. Flavor was really good which is hard to get right with proteins. They did a very good job, I have a fairly sensitive stomach, and I’m able to take this with no issues. Was looking for something with clean ingredients, so this was a great fit. Highly recommend!

I had used it with regular milk and water, It’s ok. Few days ago I started mixing it with Oat Milk. Oat milk alone taste a little funky to me but when you combine both, oh man, the best I ever had, EVER!!! You don’t get none of that protein shake gas either.

If you're going to try this, stick with Milk Chocolate. It's the only flavor they've actually nailed. Vanilla is decent, nothing special. Chocolate Peanut Butter is worse than Vanilla but still drinkable. Strawberry Milkshake is absolutely terrible and undrinkable. It doesn't taste like strawberry or milkshake; it tastes like chemical watermelon bubblegum. I couldn't finish it. Now here's my real issue: the labeling you get doesn't match the Amazon advertised images. On Amazon, their photos say Natural Strawberry Flavor. But when you get the actual tub, the ingredient label only says Natural Flavors. That might sound minor, but it's not. “Natural Flavors” is FDA code for a mystery mix of chemicals that companies don’t have to list individually as long as each one is under a certain limit. If you’re going to call yourself Transparent Labs, then be transparent. Show us what’s actually in there. Right now, your pictures promise clarity, but your packaging delivers the opposite. That said, this is still my favorite protein overall for texture and mixability. Just don't fool yourself into thinking these guys are as honest as their name implies. They're about as transparent as mud if they don't remove the "Natural Flavors" from their packaging ingredients. FYI: "Natural Flavors" can legally include things like: -Solvents (used to dissolve or preserve flavor compounds) -Emulsifiers (help blend oil and water based ingredients) -Stabilizers (extend shelf life or texture) -Synthetic processing aids (chemically modified but still labeled "natural") -Extracts or oils from undisclosed sources (including potential allergens) -Animal derived compounds (sometimes used in flavor bases) -Engineered or lab altered flavor chemicals (still "natural" by FDA standards if originally plant or animal based) So yes, the protein is solid. But the "Transparent" part? Not so much.

This product was really good quality and delivers the nutrition I seek. Tastes good and mixes well. The smell is slightly rancid like sour milk but when mixed well is not as noticeable.

Love this shake!!! Mixes well and it doesn’t have an aftertaste!! But besides all that, just LOOOVE their customer service!! I needed help with a delivery to a freight shipping (shipping to an island) and they were really awesome helping me with that!

Delicious and tasty. More awesome to blend with a banana. The texture is smooth not too thick even when added 3 scoops with 14oz of 2% milk. The size is great if you’re going to solo this. Price is fair (again if you were to solo this) the protein is good, may be a bit bitter but that’s how majority of supplements are. 👍🏽
