Where do i get razor blades for this cut throat razor and can i use smaller blades than the ones supplied ?

On sale on amazon they're called Derby professional Single Edge

Does it come with the stainless steel straight razor?

Yes but I wouldn't bother getting it for the cutt throat razor- you won't be able to get blade refills for it

I bought this set because it had the straight razor in because my son wants to learn how to use one is it with the set

No, there was no razor with my set!
