Would buy again
Perfect replacement for my old handle. Took me 5 minutes to install. Make sure you have an allen wrench to tighten it though! P. S. Stay away from universal faucet replacements. Handle broke off after only 3 uses.

If you have a loose handle on this model of Kohler faucet, then this will fix it.
The little black plastic bushing that Kohler used to attach the handle was probably a poor design in the first place. But if the bushing gets broken or worn, then this will fix it.

Did not come with the black plastic adapter. Why is it shown in the picture.

Beautiful but can’t replace knob
This is a beautiful handle. Fairly heavy. However, it did not fit our shower set up that previously had a knob. I’ve attached a picture for reference. The handle simply isn’t deep enough to take the long post that the knob uses to attach. We purchased another handle on Amazon and it fit perfectly. I broke the little black plastic part on my old shower handle when we were replacing a worn out hot water valve behind the handle. We went to 3 hardware stores looking for this part, with no luck. This fit perfectly.
