I use this for my badge at work and it works great. Makes it easy to protect your badge from skimming without making it difficult to badge into doors thanks to the hinge. Every once and a while I have to take it out of this holder to get the scanner to read it, but this is less than 5% of the time. When I need to log into my computer with my badge it easily slides out, yet is still retained well when walking around. After a year and a half of daily use, the sticker with the writing and logos on the aluminum foil backing has pealed off, but it still works great and has shown no signs of even beginning to break. I was able to get a second card behind my proximity badge, but that defeated the RFID-blocking capability since it was spaced enough away from the protective foil. If you are wanting a badge holder that protects from skimming, while still allowing it to easily be used for your doors, I can't recommend this badge holder enough.

This works excellently for badge holding and for the occasional need to present for a badge reader. I was concerned it wouldn’t work properly with a simple squeeze but it most certainly did.

Love this for not having to remove an HSPD-12 badge when trying to get through various terminals and gates. No need to remove the badge, just tap. I'd give 4 stars, but it needs an extra slot for another card on the back. Anyone who has a need for this badge holder also likely has another less-used badge or ID and it just means you have to add an additional badge holder to your lanyard. Not fun for that, but great for the convenience.

As soon as I pulled it out of the packaging I immediately said “absolutely not.” The entire holder is beyond adorable, love the colors (pink and purple), intrigued by the top load as opposed to the side load and the RFID block feature. Yet, it’s the actual plastic material used, it is so flimsy. Due to the RFID feature, it acts like a clip where you squeeze (press) the top together so the badge can lift from the block to tap on the scanner. It feels like a toy in my hand. My badge jiggles while in place so it’s loose and it’s only the one badge. This holder is meant for one badge. Due to my job, I’m always on the move (on the road) so from the looks of it, I can already see this holder breaking in a heartbeat. The top part (where you press to lift the badge) is rather bulky, not so much of a slim design, so it doesn’t sit all that well in my pants pocket (where I mainly carry my badge). The badge holder issued by my employer is a whole lot thicker than this material. Only reason I’m replacing is for more of a personalized look. I can’t afford to lose my badge (a headache to get replaced). Again, love the features, the colors and the idea - just not the material and the bulky top part. I’m sad bc they’re so cute!
