Spring Hill

This is an excellent quality swingset kit. Yes it does take some work to put together - it took 2 people a full day. But I enjoyed it. The instructions were clear to me, and helps as you would expect to read thru the whole set of instructions before actually starting to put it together. The southern pines boards are significant - very sturdy thickness and strength. The quality is excellent - precisely cut parts and holes were drilled with accuracy which was important for the bolts and nuts to fit without any adjustments. Compared to other swingsets we considered, this set has heavier boards, made of quality wood, and included heavy-duty hardware. We bought one set and assembled a couple months ago for one of our daughter's family. We decided to buy a second for another daughter's family. The swingsets arrived on the early side of the expected shipment arrival date range. Very happy with the purchases!

Instructions are hard to follow and the wood pieces are not labeled. Definitely recommend laying everything out ahead of time. Also we were missing some pieces here and there in which we contacted the company directly about, and they said they would send out the missing pieces. It was put together over a couple weeks by one person but two people would definitely make it go faster. The slide is long and fast. The opening is a bit small that leads to the monkey bars but I’m guessing it’s a safety precaution so no one accidentally falls while inside the playhouse. We did also have issues with the top of the roof not lining up so it left a 2 inch gap at the top. The company recommended drilling our own holes to have them meet but we may just buy a piece of wood or metal to cover it rather than taking it apart which would be a pain. That being said, the set itself is very sturdy. My kids are loving it so far.

Playground came pretty quick. Assembly was a little difficult but not too hard. Everything came in perfect condition. The only negative so far is the pre made holes weren’t always big enough so we have to hammer the bolts in. Beyond that, it is wonderful. Very sturdy. Holds my husband and I without any fears. Our 3 and 4 year olds can climb the bars and the rock wall without struggle. It’s a great buy!

Great value for the money. When we ordered this playset on Dec 10th, the estimated delivery was Dec 22 - 27, but it arrived on Dec 20th. My father-in-law and I assembled most of the tower portion on the 21st, and my nine-year-old daughter and I finished assembling it the next day. Instructions, which included two pages just for (1) a diagram and measurements of the screws, nuts, and bolts and (2) a diagram with description and measurements of all of the pieces, were clear and easy to follow. We separated the two diagram pages from the instructions for quick reference. The playset arrived in several boxes very logically laid out, and the diagrams explained clearly which box contained which piece. After assembly, we were impressed with (a) how sturdy this product was and (b) the quality every part of the product, from the screws and bolts to the wood they sent to the slide and swings. The manufacturer did not do this on the cheap. This thing is made to last. Our kids and our extended family and friends are already having a great time with this playset. Best purchase of the year!

Delivery was 3-4 days! hired someone to put up, he had no trouble, no missing parts. Very sturdy. Quality material. Looks like it should last for years. Toddler has enjoyed every minute. I did add a board with grab bar to the large opening to the right of the slid as I felt the opening was too large for small child; wanted child to have something to hold onto for safety; couple more grab bars added to top of stairs; and for smaller children, prefer the flat steps to round ones to keep foot from sliding off; overall happy with selection

Fabulous swing set that is made of fine quality finished hardwood and built to last! My husband and I purchased this swing set for our grandson. Our son was able to assemble the set on his own. He carefully followed the directions and measured all wooden pieces twice prior to assembling it. It took him a couple of days to put it together, approximately 6-8 hours. It was definitely worth the money and will last our grandson for years!! We’re very pleased with our purchase!

Huge pain to put together with parts not labeled and the screws mainly mixed together just adds more wasted time. Other than that, it is well crafted, good wood material. I recommend at least one other person to help with the install of it.
