Error message and no one including Phillips will stand behind product .

They are non functional training pads!
Do not order these for use in your AED. They won’t let you return them.

They are only training pads
I ordered them not realizing they are training pads only and they do not allow returns. I understand that I made the mistake but if they would even allow exchanges that would be nice.
