I grew up in the Cascade Mountain Range in Oregon. I never knew how great that fresh, spring-fed well water was until I moved to Texas. I thought my top-of-the-line pitcher filter did okay. The little meter said there were zero TDS. Reading about what that filter didn't catch prompted me to do some research and buy this. Man, I wish I'd bought this years ago. The water is just like a cold glass out of that fresh spring back home. My only criticism is that the app is outdated, and I had a terrible time connecting it to Wi-Fi. The company does a great job of supporting you if you can get past Amazon support. If you buy it here, Aquatru customer support won't be able to help you without going through some trouble. Once the manufacturer was involved, it got worked out. The company really went the extra mile to be sure I was a happy customer. On a final note, if the app is right about filter life, I'm going to spend less on filters for this than I was spending on the old pitcher-style filter. Less plastic in a landfill too.

Was delivered, we set it up! Power went to the machine but it was dead and defective (wouldn’t filter the water) never started filtering upon turning it on (did nothing) though it did beep upon turning on and the WiFi was lit up. Called Amazon customer support. They ended up refunding my money because there was no option for exchange. We are attempting to order another one because we researched systems and this is the one we chose. Let’s hope the next one works. Hope this isn’t a red flag about the longevity of the product.

1st one was scratched but I ordered another and it works well! They also reached out apologizing for the one that was scratched and offered a replacement right away. Good customer service.

It was hard to figure out at first, but now I like it a lot. Good, clean water.

It’s look like this unit is used one. App isn’t connected to the filtration system. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer support and warranty runaround – avoid I’m extremely disappointed with AquaTru, not just because the unit stopped working, but because of how poorly the situation was handled. My AquaTru Connect became completely unresponsive (no power, no lights). I contacted AquaTru while the unit was still under warranty. What followed was over a month of back-and-forth with support, during which: I was asked to repeat the same troubleshooting steps multiple times I had to explain the same issue to three different support agents, clearly indicating poor internal record-keeping I was told to try a replacement power adapter (third-party), which didn’t work AquaTru then sent their official adapter, which also did not fix the issue After all of this time and effort — and after confirming that even their own adapter didn’t work — AquaTru suddenly claimed that the product was out of warranty and refused to replace the base unit. This was incredibly frustrating, since the issue was reported before the warranty expired, and the delays were entirely on their side. I was left without a working filter for weeks and had to chase support repeatedly, only to be denied coverage in the end. This feels like a gamble where the customer loses if support drags things out long enough. The product itself may work fine when new, but if anything goes wrong, be prepared for a slow, disorganized, and disappointing support experience. Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend AquaTru.

When i ordered this product I This product was bought from th Australian site it was delivered without an adampte for Australia which is tacky.However more important with any warning that the app which makes the machine function is not availble in Australia. This means that the machine is useless.t cost nearly $ 1 000 and I wanted to know how do i get the app for iOS to use the product I bought. The Amazon help refused to allow me to engage by no allowing me to send messages The company Help line refused to engage saying it was Amazons responsibility. One no sits with a $1,000 machine that doesnt work.
