Question 1

The directions say mix one tablespoon or more times daily in a beverage. smh ,this was not proof read. what are the directions please ?

Accepted Answer

Hi! We are sorry for the confusion. We strive hard to continuously improve our products, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. :)

Our suggested intake for our Multi Collagen Protein powder is to add one heaping scoop on 8 ounces of water or any beverages. Many of our customers like to add it to their coffee in the morning, or even into their soup in the evening. I hope this helps! :)

Question 2

Have they fixed the grammar on the label yet? I can’t ingest something made by someone that can’t proofread.

Accepted Answer

I never paid that much attention to the label. Now that I’m looking, I still don’t see any grammar mistakes on the current label in my kitchen or on this listing. On another note, this was recommended to me by someone in their 70’s who was losing their hair and after 2 months had a full head of hair! I bought this last month and it worked so well I’ve sent 3 bottles out to other people (my parents, sister and best friend). I highly recommended the product, even if the manufacturer isn’t perfect. Running a business isn’t a breezy process. There are a lot of moving parts and sometimes mistakes are made. I just had some graphics designed for my business on here and caught several mistakes in grammar that a few other eyes had missed before it got to me. It just happens. You should try this stuff though!

Question 3

I was listening to a podcast and they recommend a multi collagen that also has a blend if msm, glucosamine, and chondrotin - does this contain these?

Accepted Answer

Hi! Our Multi-Collagen supplement doesn't contain the ingredients you mentioned, however, we take pride in our product as it contains 20 essential amino acids that support collagen production and work together to supply nutrients to the skin, hair, and nails while strengthening connective tissues. The main amino acid in our collagen and with the highest amount per serving is Glycine, which is anti-inflammatory and important for a healthy nervous system and cellular health and supports overall well-being. I hope this helps! :)

Question 4

What is the name of the third party lab that tested this?

Accepted Answer

We take pride in all our health supplements as our products are third party tested and lab-certified which gives our customers peace of mind that our product delivers on its claims.

Please know that it is our utmost priority to provide our customers with high-quality products and the positive reviews that we have been receiving from our satisfied customers are also proof of this commitment.

We understand that in trying a new supplement, there's skepticism. We want to turn any skepticism into excitement because that's what you should be feeling. It's simple - our products work, but if you're not satisfied, just send us an email and we'd be more than happy to make things right.

Please feel free to let us know if you have additional questions or concerns. Big or small, we are here to help. :)
