Can I use these liners with the older straight Playtex bottles?

Yes they should work with any drop-in liner bottle.

How do I use this bottle with powder formula?

Put the water in first, then put how ever many scoops you need based on the ounces. Normally it's one scoop per two ounces. Shake very well. You will know if the bottle is shaken well if you flip over and check the bottom for any formula stuck to it.

Can this be for 6oz playtex vent-aire bottle?

I think it would work if the bottom comes Off.

Are the liners compatible with the babies r us liner bottles?

The description says compatible with all playtex bottles. Although they seem to be universal, I'm not familiar with babies r us. Sorry I can't be more help. Thank you
