Received with both seals broken and lid partially off.
This is extremely expensive due to being an Australian import. However, it is by far the best instant coffee that I have ever had. Definitely worth five stars Because it is so flavorful that it ALMOST tastes fresh brewed. Moccona instant coffee comes in many different flavors. I prefer a richer dark roast. Absolutely delicious! I initially rated this one star due to receiving a defective jar. Amazon made it right by refunding the coffee I could not use. I have left my review here so people understand that there was initially a problem.Original review follows... PREVIOUS ORDER: I absolutely love this coffee. I discovered it when I went to Australia for vacation. However, when my package arrived today, both seals were broken and the lid was partially off of the jar. It appears that it had been opened and not by me.lt’s not returnable. I cannot use this item as I cannot trust what I would be drinking based on the broken seals. Very Disappointed

Poor package
I recently purchased this instant coffee, but upon opening the package, all the coffee granules spilled out. The packaging of the coffee can was very poor. The seal consisted only of a small sticker, which was already torn. I am unsure whether this damage occurred during transportation or if the product itself was inadequately sealed from the beginning.

Coffee is delicious
I bought it 3 times but the packages broke badly 2 times. I want to buy again but I am afraid of packaging. The customer service is great. They refund the money right away. The coffee is great!

Not worth the price. Won’t buy again. Got a mount hagen for half of that price and it tastes better than that.

Best instant coffee I've ever had
I first had this when I traveled to New Zealand. I figured I would save some money on coffee... but never really liked the thought of instant coffee. This product, however, was a game changer. My morning coffee came from this jar for 4 months. WAAAAAAY better than anything Folgers or Maxwell produce in the US.... their stuff is dirty water in my opinion. Moccona has the flavor, the boldness, and the convenience! WILL BUY AGAIN!
