I wear a 36D bra and ordered these in a 36 and they're tight on me but every woman is different so it might fit you better.

Q: I am a small what size should I get?

You can get a small and should be fine. My daughter wanted these for exercising and they fit her perfect.

Q: Do these come with tags?

No they don’t come with tags they are now printed on the back of the bras
