Item arrived very quickly and no damage. Also came with a 20% off coupon. Pills are small and easy to swallow. I got this mainly for the brain health benefit. No complaints and will post another review once ive been taking it for a while to let you know how its working.

For my dad's heart -previous heart attack
Bought this for my dad because he has a history of having a heart attack. I thought this can help with his heart and also his brain because he is getting older. He says he doesnt feel any different lol. But vitamins take time to work. My bottle came with a few broken tablets. He also has a mild after taste on his tongue if he doesnt swallow it whole really quick.

Great price for a great product!
Great price for a very helpful product. People with MTHFR gene mutations need their B vitamins methylated, so I'm very glad to find this product. Love supporting a small business, too.

So far so good. I am taking this supplement on my Dr's orders. This one seems to be a great value. Small pills are easy to swallow. Hopefully the results will show on my next bloodwork.
