Hynix HMA81GS6AFR8N-UH 8GB DDR4 2400MHz Memory Sodimm Module

I believe Hynix is the best and most affordable OEM RAM on the market! I was upgrading a friend's Dell Inspiron laptop that came with 12GB of RAM with a mismatch of an 8G and a 4G, both Hynix. I brought the machine up to 16GB true Dual Channel Memory. Retiring the 4G module. I also upgraded the laptop to NVMe PCI-e SDD from a mechanical HDD. So I cannot attest to this RAM in and of itself making the laptop any faster. But theoretically it did. This laptop was a painfully slow dog. The combined change brought the boot time from over 3 minutes to about 70 seconds. Not lighting, but much, much better. IMO you can't go wrong with a Hynix product.

This helped increase performance in my laptop a lot. I got it before the prices of ram went all crazy, so at the time the value was great. It didn't arrive damaged or anything. No complaints

This memory was exactly as described, arrived quickly and well padded. It works great in my older HP laptop.

Installed on a Dell Inspiron 5379. Doubled my 8GB to 16GB. Only been one day but seems to have made a decent difference in speed. Installation was easy. Computer recognized it immediately. Free next day delivery too. Not bad for under $25 total.

This memory was relatively inexpensive. It was easy to install. After I installed it my laptop took a couple starts to recognize it. But then my laptop recognized it the memory worked quite well. My laptop seems to have some hesitation though when I click to start and run more than one program. I am not sure what the cause is. However every program and command run quickly once a program is open and file transfers are quick too. Games run at an average speed. I think it is pretty good memory and should work fine in most instances.

This was exactly what I needed. I decided to start using my old laptop again but with modern browsers it just eats my RAM. Luckily I had a second slot slot that was unused and bought this 8 gb stick to double my laptops RAM. Its very easy to install and can be done in 5 minutes. I chose this specific model because it matches the stick the laptop comes with. This allows it to sync together better than if you used a similar stick of RAM. When you turn the computer on you will get a message informing you of the change in memory, this message is merely informative. Just click continue and you'll be fine. You can then go to Task Manager to confirm you have the additional 8 gb.

I did like, this to work it very well.

It's been working great for over a year.
