Great plectrum
The only plectrum I use now - I wanted the assorted pack but not in stock when purchasedThe plectrum sits firmly in between your fingers without spinning or slipping and just nice to use, a bit expensive though

Best picks ever!
Rubber grip on the back end and hard plastic tip. These are the perfect size and thickness with a little bit of flex to them. My favorite picks of all time!

Personal Favorite
I've been a fan of the dava picks for a while, but these are my favorite. I love having a thick pick with the flexibility of a thin one. The gel ones have the best attack in my opinion. The click against the strings helps my timing and helps me practice my sweep picking, as well as everything else.

Would be great if you actually received them
These are great picks. Unfortunately this is not what I received in the 2 times I tried to purchase. I received a 12 pack of cheap picks that I don't like and had to return both times.
