Sound quality is good. Quality of the product is great. Working for Intercom and landline phone given by Airtel broadband. Major disadvantage is, it is not having caller identity. Even not displaying the incoming caller number.

The product is sub standard. I ordered once and used for one day and found the instrument faulty. The instrument seems to be a used one. I got a replacement yesterday and don't know how the new one is going to work for me.

Good 2 line Landline Phone instrument by Panasonic.
Voice quality is great. Operates smoothly with 2 CO lines . I am using it with BSNL FTTH (Fibre Optic) and with PABX simultaneously, works well. You need 3 AA size battery to power it but it can work without battery also some of the features are Battery dependent . Buttons are slightly slippery. Overall Fine 2- line phone instrument by Panasonic. Good Experience with Amazon as always, keep it up. Seller deserves thanks for competitive price and proper packaging.

One of the best phone and best brand for its quality.I was using this particular model of 2line phone a way 20 years back which was still working in good condition. But I lost that phone in floods in 2009. And now I'm back with my best model of2 line phone of Panasonic...

Riview Panasonic 2 Line KX T2378MXWD
Firstly the shade of white shown in the pic is not the same shade of the actual product. Its more dull shade when you open the box. Secondly the number dial pad is very firm so you need to push the number keys very hard. Very small display LCD with no back light and poor display angle so you need to make an effort to see the display. No caller Id for a landline phone that is so expensive. Not worth the price and its not a cell phone so brand name does not matter. Not recommended. Better to a buy a local brand with more features at less than half the price... dont buy...
