nice unit for the money
very heavy duty flaps the spacer lined up was the current holes however not so for the flap had to drill a new hole for it to work NOT pleased, having to do this this made the take about 1 hour each side

Received product with mounting parts missing, still to this day about a month later i don't have missing parts, Amazon took these back as a return and sold them to me, apparently the parts were missing all along...I have contacted luverne the mfg and still can't get anyone to help....
