I really like this furigno laptop desk.The green Word finish is beautifull and gives it a unique look.It's sturdy,practical,and has has plenty of space for my laptop and other things I need While working.It's easy to use and looks great in my space I'm very happy with this purchase

Let me start off with some background. My wife adopted a little girl which meant we were losing the full use of second bedroom of our two bedroom apartment. This was traditionally our shared office space/junk room. With the repurposing of that room, we got rid of our desks and had to integrate our workspace into the living room. My wife got a nice ikea desk but I decided to go deskless and just use a lap tray for my laptop. This didn't last long. I needed a place for stationary and to serve as my at-home base of operations. The only space not dedicated to baby stuff was a small section beside our couch where our end tables had been relegated. I was glad to see this desk fit that space perfectly. Pros: Cheap. This desk was not only cheaper than the alternatives at target and wal-mart, but the rounded shelves gave it a nicer look. Not to mention, it was two fewer sharp corners in an increasingly baby proofed home. Easy assembly. If you've put together anything from ikea, this should pose no challenge. Cons: Pieces aren't very well labeled, but there are so few you shouldn't really need the labels. I like the fact that I don't have big ugly letter stickers on each piece. The piece letter is stenciled onto the unfinished edge but it isn't very clear. You're better off just comparing the pieces to the instructions. Also, the finish was worn off of the edge of my shelves when they arrived. I would complain, but the desk was super cheap and I just touched up the worn spots with a sharpie, end of crisis. Regarding other complaints: 1. Screw holes not fully drilled - right, because it is particle board. Even without the pre-drilled holes screws work into the "wood" easily, if the holes were drilled too deeply, the screws wouldn't take. I found the whole screw situation pretty well done. The whole unit comes together using a series of dowels, cam locking bolts and a few screws. 2. Desk is wobbly on carpet - I misunderstood this at first. When I read that people found the desk wobbly I thought they were referring to the construction of the desk itself. After assembly, I noted how solid it felt. When I put it on the carpet, however, I realized what people meant. On the carpet, it sometimes appears as though the whole thing might tip over. However, this is because it is so narrow relative to its height. Mine stabilized once I put things onto it and had it pushed up against the side of the couch. If you have it against a wall, just anchor it. If you are using it on a hard surface, it won't even need that. 3. Space - the dimensions are clearly listed. The desktop comfortably fits a 19" laptop, mouse, a desk lamp and space to charge up my phone. If you are unsure, measure your stuff and see if it will fit before ordering. I never expected to get a super expensive desk on the cheap. I wanted something that fit into a small space within some very specific dimensions (which this did). If it wobbled, I stabilized it. If something didn't fit, I made it fit. If there was a scuff, I touched it up. For $50 I expected exactly what was described, not a turnkey solution in a box. The desk isn't perfect. But I think it is still worth the $50 depending upon your needs.

Good for the price

I got this for 30 bucks and for that price its great for my apartment. I can fit my mac book and ipad to do my zoom classes or meetings. The desk has no leg room at 5'7 my knees hit the desk so you cant have a regular chair I have a low to the ground ottoman seat I use. The desk is very wobbly I dont keep drinks on it and put all my things away when done. The set up was easy but the desk came very damaged and full of the foam pieces that were so tiny they are everywhere in the house even days later ? The drawers are cute and can fit quite a but but smell so bad ? I would recommend this if you like me couldnt find something affordable and portable but if you need a nice desk say for a home office or even for everyday use in school for an adult this is not the desk. This may be more suitable to children as its not expensive and would fit a child perfectly.

Very useful for the computer, very easy to assemble, and of very good quality.

This desk is the perfect size for my 4th-grade granddaughter. It is just a tad shorter than the kitchen table, making it the perfect height for her in-between size. The drawers are made of cloth with cardboard lined cloth insert to keep it stable. As you can see from the image I have included, the side cubbies are perfect for holding a school box (or in this case, children's tackle box converted to a school box), some books, or other odds and ends. The desktop can comfortably hold a laptop with room to move it aside to do paperwork. The desk itself is stable, but it is made of pressboard and not made as a sturdy life-long piece of furniture, but should certainly last a long time if used properly.

Original review: (1 star) This is the third product I've ordered from Furinno, and the last two were both extremely easy to assemble and look fantastic. This product, however, not only requires extra tools (the TV stand and end table I previously ordered required no tools at all), the product I received was borderline useless. Nearly every piece was damaged upon opening the box (cracked, chipped edges, broken corners, etc.), and when I reached out to the company for a replacement, I received no response. This item was meant to be a nice, small desk for my guest room, but I would be embarrassed to have anyone see the quality of this product if I'd continued assembling it. There was no portion that wouldn't have been visibly damaged. I'm extremely disappointed. I saw the mixed reviews prior to purchase, but I ignored them because I'd had good experiences in the past. Given my experiences so far, I'd say you have a 33% chance of receiving something useless from this company. You can choose to take that chance, or select another company's product instead. UPDATE: (3 stars) The company did eventually respond, though only to tell me they were out of stock and to request a refund from Amazon. I instead requested a replacement, as I really did want this desk. The replacement arrived quickly, and it was in MUCH better condition, though there were still a few nicks on the top board. The styrofoam was just beginning to break down, which makes me think that Amazon's stock is old, which is why so many of us are receiving damaged units. I will say, though, that it was very easy to put together by myself, and it looks very cute. I'm concerned about how easily it may be scratched, and it is small, but it's good for a small apartment, dorm room, or kid's room (provided they're careful with it). I will say, though, that it is now significantly more expensive than it was when I bought it, and I don't think it's worth the current cost of around $75. You can get a much higher quality product in that price range instead. If you see it for around $40, it's a good buy for the price. The score was raised because the final product really is very cute, and it suits my purposes very well.

Seen the price I was not expecting high quality furniture but it definitely is worth the money and a little more. The only down side is that it is a little shaky

Really pleased with this little desk, bought for my daughter for homework. Easy to assemble, looks good, compact yet great for storage.

Space saver.. good for light thing.. drawer is not made of wood..

This Desk Does Deserve 4 & Half Stars But Decided To Give 5 Due To Not Able To Give 4 & Half. Reason Why Because In 360 Viewing It Shows Or Makes It Look Like It's Got A Back Panel At Top & Bottom Panel Is Same Color See Screen & Image Taken Which Isn't An Issue If Against A Wall But Unfortunately Mine Isn't. Anyway Enough Knit Picking. I'm Very Happy With This Desk Due To Only Ordering Has A Add-On For More Desk Top Space & Only Having A Small Space The Dimensions Are Perfect. To Use As A Computer Desk Or Your Main Desk I Would Advise Against Not Much Space & For A Tower Unit On Bottom Shelf Isn't Suitable For A Large Tower Unit. The Tower Unit I Have Is A Dell Optiplex 390 sff & I've Measured & Even Been Small The Unit Fits Perfectly But I'd Be Tripping Over Cables They Stick Way Out. Also I've Added Screen Shots Of Description Due To A Review Stating They Didn't Know That The Drawers Are Fabric I Don't Know If This Info Was Added After Review Was Listed. Has One Of My Images Show An Adult Chair Isn't Small Enough To Fit Under Desk Especially If Chair Is Wider Than 47.5cms. So Perfect For An Add-On Desk Or Laptop & Even For A Child's First Desk Since Drawers Are Fabric They Won't Trap Their Fingers & Their Chair Could Be Small Enough To Fit Under.

Great little desk! Perfect for my Imac. When I unpacked it I was a little perturbed by how fragile some parts of it looked, but once it's built its really pretty good.
