Solid pair of kitchen scissors
So far they work great. Plenty sharp, very sturdy, a bit heavy and easy to take apart. The handles are plenty big with no sharp corners, which is good since not all scissors work well with big hands. Has a groove for cutting through bone, but haven't tested that yet. The only down side is they can sometimes come apart unintentionally if opened wide, but that applies to all scissors with this type of hinge and you get use to it. Easy cleaning is worth it imo. Love that cleaning is as easy as turning the handles perpendicular and pulling them apart. Clean them like a set of knives, makes for easy sharpening too. No rust so far and feels/looks/sounds like stainless to me, which was one of my biggest worries due to some of the comments. Says it's 420J2 stainless steel, which should be rather rust resistant (not rust proof fyi). Though I'm curious how long it stays sharp since it's a softer steel. This is one of the cheapest types of stainless steel that can still call itself a knife steel so it isn't the best, but it gets the job done and is still better than a lot of other metals used for scissors. Plus better steel that stays extra sharp would come at a higher price along with tradeoffs like easier to rust/chip and a less shiny surface due to lower chrome content. Edit: Been a long time, no rust, still working great.

2 year review - Home run product. I'd buy again and for small gifts for sure
I love these, awesome buy. Had them for a couple years now and zero issues with corrosion or rust. I live in a tropical climate where the weather destroys everything I own pretty much but not these. I use them daily, keep em by the sink, wash every day and let drip dry. You will need to twist a couple times to tighten once in awhile because of the design of these but it takes less than 5 seconds, just a couple flicks of the wrist. Due to the design, they're easy to take a part and clean. Very very happy I bought these for the kitchen. Mine are still very sharp.

These have been at use in my kitchen for a while now and work better than any other utility scissors Iโve ever owned. Two Thanksgivings ago I spatchcocked a turkey using only knives and I still cringe at the thought of how I narrowly escaped major injury. To remedy this task I ended up buying these scissors and it made the job of spatchcocking the turkey (the following Thanksgiving) so easy I chuckled to myself. THIS Thanksgiving, I spent time at my momโs house and when I learned that she didnโt have a proper pair of utility scissors, I knew exactly what I would be getting her for one of her Christmas presents this year. As you can see, they seperate very easily, so when doing a dirty task, like spatchcocking a bird, you can throw them in the dishwasher and they come out nice and clean and fully disinfected. The stainless is tough and does not corrode, and the edge has stayed sharp through almost two years of use. The hardest things I have cut are turkey bones and tough stems of flowers, and the most delicate things I have cut would probably be chives. It works equally well on both. I would say these are almost an essential tool in my kitchen and for this price, you need them in your kitchen as well. PERFECT stocking stuffer for any food lover.

It's actually perfect
Zero complaints!...well almost I bought these meat shears to replace a pair of random scissors I had used for the longest time and were surprisingly able to do most of the things that I wanted and needed to do in the kitchen, except for cutting through meat... so I figured when my handles broke off of the old scissors that I would go ahead and upgrade to actual meat shears. In spite of being very sharp, It's super easy to clean safely either by hand with a brush or you can stick it in the dishwasher. I was concerned that the feature that allows you to take the two blades apart to use individually as knives would perhaps be loose and come apart as I was using them like scissors, but that wasn't the case at all. I use them primarily as scissors to chop up just about anything you can think of while cooking. I've cut into chicken bones I have cut into steak, Pizza, hot dogs, bacon packaging, broccoli, rosemary, sage, onions... And it did great! It feels sturdy has a nice weight to it without being too heavy or making my hand feel tired, which would happen when I would use shears that had the spring mechanism in the middle and I love that it has a bit of a vintage feel to it which looks nice in my retro inspired kitchen One downside is that part of the description was its ability to open up a bottle... Perhaps I'm missing something in the technique but the part of the scissors that are described as being able to do that is shaped and smoothed in such a way that I find it rather difficult to do that... rather than pop open the bottle top it shattered the glass so I couldn't recommend using that part... There is a myriad of other ways to open up a bottle top though, so it really isn't a primary concern of mine... That section has been great for popping the tail off of shrimp though! ... and I could see how it would be easy to use for cracking nuts... The individual blades are not so great for skinning potatoes but excellent for everything else I mentioned and similar... That again could be down to technique. Overall I love these so much and use them for every meal I cook multiple times everyday... I would definitely recommend these shears and I'm thinking of gifting a few๐ โ๏ธ๐๐พ

Good kitchen shears
Iโve been using them for months, theyโre sturdy, disassemble to make cleaning easier, havenโt rusted and they cut smoothly. You could do a lot worse than these for the price. If youโre looking for an easy to use pair of scissors theyโre great for food or packaging.

Built to last, sanitary and easy to clean.
These are dope. Heavy, sharp, good leverage, just enough off the tips so you won't stab yourself. They come apart super easily and securely, and the two halves are incredibly easy to clean. I think it'll also make sharpening them like sharpening two knives, not a big deal.

Solid Metal Craftsmanship and sharp to boot.
Before purchasing these I read several reviews about people disliking the way these come apart. Well I adore these scissors. Yes they come apart - but you have to stretch them way open beyond the size you would ever open to actually cut anything. I mean you would have to be working on a log to open it wide enough to reach the angle needed for the "Normal" opening to separate the two halves in order to clean them easily and effectively at the sink. Their Strong! Solid metal - not cheap plastic that is going to fail and sharp. Those serrated edges are no joke. I would highly recommend and will probably by at least one more in the future for other projects and leave the current one in the kitchen drawer.

Optimal price/quality kitchen scissors
Very sturdy and sharp kitchen scissors. Easy to clean since they can be separated in two pieces. Very good price/quality, can definitely recommend

Tuvimos que poner al final una gota de pegamento en la junta
Son buenas pero cuando las usas 2 o 3 veces se desmontan con demasiada facilidad y se separan las 2 partes enseguida
