Excellent product. Looks great, slimline is the way to go.....half the width of the Bromic I bought and had to return. Single element but still needed 240V line run with its own fuse. Have not been able to verify the comfort level in cold weather yet but it puts out strong heat.

When we open the box to install the bulb was broken in half.

We bought this for our back patio which has an 8ft ceiling and could barely feel the heat. Strangely under-gunned for something of alleged commercial quality. That being said, it is indeed sleek looking.

3rd try. Each time the element is shattered. 4th time is the charm?
