IndiPro - This product and Customer Service is 5 stars!!
I had purchased the IndiPRO 2x Micro-Series 98Wh V-Mount and V- Mount Charger Kit about 1 1/2 ago. One of the batteries stop holding it's charge and was still under warranty. I contacted IndiPro and they were prompted to send out a replacement battery along with a return label so that I could send the defective battery back. The email communication was always responsive expressing their urgency to get me a replacement battery. Their products are solid and their customer service even better. Thank You IndiPro team!

The best and more...
These batteries are compact and well suited for ENG, run and gun shooting with my blackmagic ursa mini pro 4.6k. Also... I had previously purchased another exact battery set that failed. Indipro instantly took them back and then shipped a new set. I highly recommend indipro batteries.Update: June 2022... I messed up and let the batteries discharge fully. Completely dead. My fault. They took the out of warranty batteries back and repaired them for a reasonable fee. Keep your batteries at minimum half charge for long term storage.

A must have for a videographer
A superb product. I gave it four stars because one of mine did go bad after a three years or so, and the company told me it was out of warranty. But to their credit, the did be a 'favor' and sent me a new one. I like them so much that I bought two more.
