I have been on the fence for months now about if i should buy a gaming pc or stick with my loyalty roots in my PS5. After searching for 2 months, I came across my current pc. CyberPowerPC C-Series ET99620. I am not huge on pc gaming so i was unsure what I was looking at. my friend helped explain it to me, and though it is a little more than what I was looking to spend. It is outperforming in every category. Graphics- I have not found a game that doesn't look amazing. this thing can handle anything. Speed and sound are amazing also. If you are on the fence like I was, look no further. These people can help you! Amazing machine

Well since my old Win10 computer could not upgrade to Win 11, I needed to buy a new computer. Since I enjoy playing Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS), I wanted a new computer that would handle the graphics demanding MSFS with most of the desired sky and ground features. Well, I purchased the CyberPower PC with: Intel core i9 14900F; 32Gb RAM; 2Tb SSD; and GeForce 5060ti 16Gb graphics card. It is not the biggest and most powerful gaming box but I would give it an above average performance rating, and it met my performance requirements. In the MSFS software, I have been able to upscale my graphics to include more than the default details and at 4k resolution. The MSFS performs without stuttering. Upon opening the box, I removed the foam packing from inside the computer and found an LED light array loose inside. I then found it magnetically attaches to the CPU top. Other than that, no loose cables and everything worked when I powered up the unit. Another "nit" was a sticker was place on back and around to the top of the unit's ventilation grill and when I removed that sticker, some of the glue remained on the ventilation grill. I used some "Goo-Gone" and all is fine. The only other word of advice is the sticker I found on the back stating "Assembled from tested components. Complete system not tested". This is my second CyberPower PC and so far, very happy.

The first thing to do when you receive your computer is to update your bios or install the latest version of the bios. The computer I have now What they don't tell you. Apeva 1000 Watts power supply T-Force UD5 6000 memory NVme T-FORCE TM8FPP002T Motherboard - Prime Asus 790-p WIFI AIO cooling... I have a feeling this is a Thermaltake offset with the cyberpower logo on it. This thing runs hot, I mean really hot. It will reach 100c very quickly in stress tests and reach thermal throttling quickly. If you don't use intel profile and fail safe you can run into problems like freeze, crash and app crash and when I got it in March I had a few post fail boot which were fixed after updating my bios since they shipped it with the dec 2023 Bios.. Motherboard profile OC too much and give too much watts and Ampere. I had many many access memory violation in window event due to cpu being too much overlocked by the motherboard manufacturer by default. I came very close to asking for an RMA with all the problems I had. Im still scared that my cpu is degraded now because I was aware of the problem maybe too late. Maybe I will ask for rma. but I was surprised by the components chosen for the prebuilt. The weakest point is the PSU. It could have been better, but that how they make a profit, but I haven't had any problems with the PSU for 6 months now and I've added an extra SSD and an NVME2 drive.

I've had this computer a year this month. It crashes every game I try to play. Attempting to still work through fixes as others have mentioned. Looks cool, doesn't function well at all. Read another review about this being loud, I would agree with that.
