We love this pan! Have been using it for a couple months and it cooks well, nonstick, is sturdy, and a great size! Would buy again!

Some years ago I bought an OXO 12" nonstick (likely teflon) pan with lid that I used every day, three times a day usually, and I took care of it. After five years the surface finally started show signs of wear so I needed to replace but couldn't. The OXO non-toxic replacement was carbon steel and this was a disaster. I tried my MasterChef2 stainless steel to fry eggs and it would work but you had to get the temperature just right and oil had to be just so. A friend gave me an Our Place ceramic and this is what I've been dealing with. It's ok. I was just about ready to invest in one of the titanium dealies at nearly $200 a pop when I saw a video for this pan. I'm glad I did. Water and oil bead on the surface. Tonight it passed the final test: fried rice. Just perfect. My only wish would be that the sides were higher. They do sell pans like that and maybe I should have gotten it. I think I'm going to replace my wok. I don't expect this product to last as long as my AllClad but at this price point I'm fine buying a new one every few years or so.

Good quality non-stick frying pan. I hand wash it and my prior pan lasted for many years before things started sticking. The finish was still intact but food started sticking. I recommend this pan and hand washing it.

I wanted some nice pans that would make cooking easier so I bought a set of ceramic pans, but wanted a larger pan too so I purchased this 12 inch one. I would rather it came with a glass lid, but since it didn’t I purchased that as well. Cooking on these ceramic pans is like a dream come true with nothing sticking and easy cleanup. Food slides around so easily that I can flip things like a professional chef. Somehow, breakfast tastes better when cooking in these pans. Perhaps because I’m not having to scrap it off the bottom of the pan. However... Upon receiving the pan(s) the first thing I did was season it along with my full set. It then went into the cupboard. Each pan with it’s own lid. It sat in there for a month. Although I have used all the pans in the full set I purchased, I have never used this particular pan, but please keep reading. My rules for my pans are: • Do not go above medium heat • Silicone and wooden utensils only • Hand wash only with sponge – no scouring pads - not even plastic ones • Let pans cool before washing • No nesting the pans • Season pans once a month I season by coating the pan with oil. Place it in a 300 degree oven for two minutes. Let the pan cool and wipe out the remaining oil. I feel the little bit of time this task takes was well worth it to keep the pans non stick ceramic coating from degrading. I went so far as to post a notice on the exhaust fan above the stove listing the rules for family members. Imagine my dismay when I went to season my pans for the second time only to find a chip in the ceramic coating and gouges along the rim of this pan – even though the pan has just been sitting in the cupboard with the lid sitting on top of it. Is it possible that the lid caused the gouges? Hard to believe the pan could be so easily susceptible to damage, but there is no way the lid can cause the chip in the ceramic coating as the lid can’t touch that spot. Note that there is PLENTY of room in this cupboard so the pans are not packed in there stacked on top of each other. Is this pan really so vulnerable that it becomes damaged just sitting in the cupboard? I’ve examined my other ceramic pans and have found no damage so I’m hoping I simply received a defective 12 inch pan and have arranged to receive a replacement. Not wanting to risk potential damage on the rim of the new pan, I have also ordered a new lid with a silicone rim. It will protect the rim of the pan. This should be unnecessary as the pan should be able to tolerate putting a lid on it without causing damage. Chips in the ceramic coating is another story. We’ll see what happens. Putting aside my negative experience with this particular pan, they are all great to cook with. The only issue might be the handle. It’s metal, but it’s hollow. This allows heat to travel up the handle more quickly than a solid handle. I haven’t had any problems with the handle getting too hot as others have had, but I do notice that the closer the handle is to the pan then the hotter it is. Sure, that’s normal, but this gets hotter quicker. As I said, I have not yet hat an issue with the handle getting to hot to handle, but as a precaution I also purchased silicone handle holders that are used like pot holders. So far I’ve only used them when removing the pan from the oven after seasoning. I recommend the silicone handle holders – whatever style fits your fancy – as they provide a better, safer and less awkward grip than cloth pot holders. I love this (these) pans and am so disappointed that this one turned out not to be very durable, but hopefully the replacement will fair better.

I read the care instructions and only rinsed it with soapy water no scrubbing at all before I used it. I then poured a minimal amount of EV00 heating the pan over a low to medium flame. I ran 5 eggs through a mini chopper to make them nice and smooth and poured it into the pan. Using a synthetic spatula, I stirred the eggs and there was absolutely NO sticking of any bit of the eggs. Fabulous product. Plus, I received a compliment from the friend that I made the breakfast for that they were the best scrambled eggs he ever had. The diamond blue sparkled even after using it. I believe the key is to read the instructions and not to put it on high heat. And I’d say being able to scramble 5 large eggs says something for the cooking capacity Since, the five scrambled eggs filled the pan. The handle is comfortable and didn’t get hot at all. The only downer is it doesn’t come with a lid. But I’m sure I could find one if I search Amazon for a 12 inch lid. I highly recommend this and I will be buying this product again in other sizes. We’ll see how long it lasts..

I ordered this pan on May 17th, 2025 and sent my first email to the company regarding the pan on July 4th, 2025. My review is pretty straight forward. The claims made in their advertising on Amazon did not come close to standing up during use of this product. The first handful of uses my first impression was that this is the greatest pan ever. I used this pan on and off for about a month and I had already started having sticking issues when cooking eggs. It moved on to pancakes then just about every other food type, even when there is always butter or first press extra virgin Italian or high end Moroccan olive oil. I emailed the company because by the time I was feeling that this pan was not living up to it's representations the Amazon 30 day return policy had just passed. The company essentially gave me some cleaning tips which I did then requested pictures and a receipt, which I provided, then finished with a standard email to me that basically implied, it's my fault not theirs, end of story. Therefore, if you're looking for a non-stick pan, in my opinion this one is definitely not the one. Not only because it did not work for me, but that the company in my case doesn't stand behind it's claims and will give you the runaround completing every task only to ultimately refer back to their legal language to end the opened case. I almost never write reviews and when I do i would say they are almost exclusively positive. I just feel that from the pan to the customer service, the Amazon community would like to read about this one.

I've used the pan a few times now and like the uniform cooking surface and easy clean up. Takes bit longer to heat up on an electric burner but that's a minor change in comparison to the sear I can get on meats with it.

So far so good, I love this pan! I follow the instructions on how to care for it and use it. I made the mistake of having the stove on too high and burnt some food in it. I was so scared I ruined the pan. Guess what, I didn't! After the pan cooled down the burnt part just wipe up quickly and easily and there is no damage to the pan's non stick surface. Now when I say I burnt the food in the pan, I mean some of it was black but the food wasn't burnt to a crisp or anything like that. Burnt enough, that the food was burnt and 'stuck' to the pan. I could turn the pan upside down and the food wouldn't fall off type of stuck. The one negative I have encountered is that the side of the pan has a chip on it. And when I say side, I mean the rim of the pan. I accidentally banged it twice against the sink when washing it and the banging seems to have taken some of the color off the edge. Its not the surface that food comes into contact with some I wasn't that upset, but I was a little because its suppose to be scratch and bang proof. Needless to say, I am more carefully when washing it so I don't damage it. This is the perfect pan for the price,

I bought this for my induction cooker, and found out it can't be use. it says in specs 'COMPATIBLE DEVICE: Smooth Surface Induction, Gas' so i bought it THAN under 'About this item' 'For all stovetops, except induction ' what kind joke is this, i end up with a big pan that is totally useless to me

We have been using blue diamond frying pans for a long time now and recently decided to upgrade to their biggest size. I would never use any other frying pan. These are completely non stick and heat very quickly. Easy to wash up and go again straight away. Would highly recommend
