Q: How does this product work on very curly hair?

My daughter has curly hair and it works great. She swears by it.

Q: I ordered the shampoo and received the conditioner instead. if i order the shampoo, how do i use it? do i need to get my hair wet?

Yes. The traditional shampoo is ideally used with water to apply to the scalp and hair and is lathered and rinsed with clean water, also. If you would like an option without water try their "dry shampoo".

Q: How does this differ from the “Full” shampoo?

I don’t think it’s vastly different but I do think my hair feels smoother and sleeker with this vs the full.
