Time will tell about its durability and sealability, but what a difference it made aesthetically on the roof of my 11 year old travel trailer. Very easy to apply, that was the good part, the prep was more involved and time consuming, but it absolutely had to be done. In my case it involved an initial power wash, then a good scrubbing with TSP, a thorough rinse and 24 hours to allow the roof to dry. Then I used a blower to remove dust and whatnot, patched up a few spots with Eternabond and applied the coating with a roller and a brush for tight spots. Looks amazing! The not so good: I first ordered the coating from AMZ but the can came in damaged, with the coating dried up and all over the inside of the shipping box. Very disappointing to say the least...not wanting to chance it again I bought the coating at HD, same price. 1 gallon was enough for one heavy coat on my 25 ft trailer.

This is a great product. Very bright white and it beads water well. The formula is thick and applies well and seems to self level. I used it on an EPDM RV roof. It will probably extend the life of my roof by at least a decade. Just don't try to walk on it when wet.

Absolutely loved this stuff. It was super easy to apply and has a great consistency. After just one coat, it already looked amazing. My husband and I bought a gallon to do some patchwork on the roof of our 2015 Aspen Dutchman Trail bumper pull RV before winter hits, and it worked great. We’ve already had some rain since applying it and everything held up perfectly, no issues at all. This spring we’re planning on buying a few more gallons so we can fully coat the entire roof twice. Definitely worth the price and the peace of mind.

Product is great but about 1/4 of it had spilled in the box while shipping g.

Excellent coverage on EPDM RV roof. My toy hauler camper is 8x18 feet and I got 3 coats out of 1 gallon. I cleaned the roof once before starting with RV roof cleaner. It still looked dirty. The camper is 17 years old and kept outside. It adhered very well. Looks great like a new roof. Easy to apply with brush and paint roller. It’s s expensive but worth the money.

Ordered the product, can was rusty and the product was separated and solid.

Love this stuff. Dries great. Should of bought more. Almost covered the whole roof. I will get more and finish in the spring. Camper is 12 hrs away. Very impressed.
