You can't power wash stucco without it chipping the paint (learned the hard way), so I sprayed this on the exterior and whala! No scrub is right! I sprayed sections and waited 10 minutes and then rinsed with a hose. It literally came right off and the house looks brand new! I will definitely keep this on-hand. Note, some green algae stains were there for at least 2 years and it took 2-3 applications and rinses. But it did the job well. I hate cleaning and they had me at "no scrub!" This stuff works and does what it says it will do. I'm a fan! UPDATE: This stuff works great, but note -- do not use it on stained wood. It literally stripped the stain right off of a door, so the door needs to be restained. The marketing copy needs to address this - as "all surfaces" is misleading. Review: AMAZING PRODUCT! - AMAZING! seriously it works! We have a shower which keeps growing mold . (It's old and leaks) it took me several sprays around the entire bottom half of the shower and it LITERALLY started falling off. I was amazing and excited because I sisnt have to scrub at all! No kidding! As soon as i saw it breaking up all I had to do was turn the shower on and then off . I got a large cup and filled it up with water a couple times to rinse it off. It just floated down the drain. It does have a bleach smell to it but definitely not as strong. The nozzle has a long hose on it and it sprays quite a distance so you dont have to be right on top of of it.

Very effective
I had widespread mold and/ or moss on my deck that did not respond to other treatments. This product appears to have cleared almost all of it away after one use. CONS: 1) the pump bottle was bit hard to use as it was heavy and I had to carry it all over. 2) I really needed a wider spray. The narrow stream did not easily cover all of the affected areas. 3) I did have to scrub very problematic areas to remove growth. PROS: 1) some minor growth areas turned black within a few minutes. Tougher areas took a day or so. But nearly every visible colony appears to have been killed. 2) I rinsed some tough areas with water spray, but rain washed other areas clean. 3) Except for a few areas in between boards, the green is practically gone. Bottom line: this is a very good product and I recommend it.

Amazing. Love love love
This product is completely awesome can I say awesome like really awesome. I took everything out of my bathtub shower and sprayed it down and laughed for like 20 minutes I came back and I could see Ick running down by the Spicket and so I washed it off the whole shower and it was a squeaky clean perfect. you know the mildew you get on the back of lawnchairs? I sprayed them I waited 20 minutes and I came back and they were clean even have to rinse them off and I did because I wanted to but I just came back and they were done. Then I sprayed it on my deck and the mildew. Algae. Ick. that was growing and again I came back and it was gone sprayed it off because I want to and the plastic chairs too. This so perfect I bought more The only thing I didn’t like the sprayer so I bought a 2 gallon sprayer at Home Depot and you just pump it and just spray nice you just hold it down and spray only thing

Bye bye shower grime!
Whenever I see products advertising "no scrub" shower/bathtub cleaner I am always sceptical. However I decided to give this a try and as soon as I applied it (still in the middle of applying it really) I could see the black grime dripping down the tiles and leaving behind the nice clean grout. The shower in my rental home has terrible draining and so mold and mildew pop up faster than I could clean it away. (Even with daily shower cleaner, which did nothing.) This product eliminated the hard scrubbing and time I put into cleaning my shower each week and I couldn't be happier! The fumes are a bit noxious, so I spray it all, turn on the bathroom fan, and close the door when I leave. 20 minutes later, my shower is clean and the fumes go away with rinsing the tiles with water. VERY happy; 5 stars!!

Super toxic and caustic
I bought this quickly without reading the reviews and assumed it wasn't too toxic based on the name "EcoClean". It seems like it's straight sodium hydroxide/hypochlorite. The smell immediately filled my bathroom and bedroom even with the exhaust fan on. It seems to work well at removing black mildew from shower grout, but I'll plan a trip out of the house next time I use it so it can air out for a few hours before I return. Strongly recommend a 3m respirator with chemical vapor cartridges.

Quality Control???
When I received it, I didn't open it immediately because of the virus. I didn't want to handle the box that much. When I did open it, it had leaked because the bottle wasn't closed tightly. It was enclosed in 2 bags, but still got through to the box. Therefore all of the labeling and instructions are destroyed. The only thing I could read was the very wet letter inside another bag with the nozzle. It is for a weed killer and asked for a review if I liked the product. I assume I got the right product since it smells like bleach, but this product is too expensive and dangerous for the cap to not be screwed on. It could have ruined my hardwoods if it had sat there much longer.
