Are these crayons washable and non-toxic? do they conform to astm d4236 guidelines? thank you.

Hi there! Crayola products are certified non-toxic. Crayola art materials also carry the statement "Conforms to ASTM D-4236" to show we conform to these standards as well. The Mini Twistables contain colorants that may stain, and are not in our washable line. If you have any further questions, please contact us at Crayola.com/support. Have a colorful day!

Do they stain sofas or carpets?

Since the Crayola twistables crayons are not made with Crayola’s washable formula, I would not recommend letting children color on carpets, sofas or walls with them as the pigments in them may stain those surfaces. I would suggest supervising small children while using these. Crayola twistables products are not recommended for children under 3 years of age

Are these wax crayons?

Thanks for your question! Yes, the Mini Twistables Crayons contain our classic Crayola wax core with a twist. These are essentially your favorite crayons, but are encased in plastic and are able to be twisted up and down for your coloring preferences. For further information, please contact us at Crayola.com/support. Have a colorful day!
