Not the unit advertised and did not work

It was a Japanese model, the power supply did not fit very well and once it finally plugged in, there was no signal to the TV for us to play the console.

Umm... 🤔 Don't want to leave a bad review but I'm having a problem right now I'm on my second unit and the unit is still not reading the expansion pack. I am grateful that this company sends me new units I just wish that one of them would work for me. Now I have to go to UPS to reship two units back to the company. Thank you for helping me through this technical difficulty hopefully this can be solved soon. I honestly think that this company really cares sometimes things happen so I still give five stars for great effort in trying to resolve the issue thank you so much!!!
