Real Bold Vanilla Flavor
I was missing my regular Vanilla I get from Mexico. So when my foreman went back for Christmas, I asked him to bring me back a bottle. All he was able to bring back was imitation extract. Although it was still much better than the imitation vanilla we have here in the states, it was a far cry from what I was used to. So I had an epiphany and checked Amazon for real Mexican Vanilla Extract. There were a few options, but this brand spoke to me, Dark Vanilla Extract is like Dark Brown Sugar. The taste is usually bolder, fuller. I ordered it right away. When it arrived, I'm not gonna lie, I popped the lid and took a deep whiff before I even made the kitchen. THIS was what I was looking for, Rich Vanilla Smell, with spicy undertones that remind me of cinnamon. Thay was all it took, I pulled out the families chocolate chip recipe, tje one my Mom helped create when she was a teenager. Time to see what this stuff can do. Let me just say, if you love rich Vanilla flavor that's upfront and present, then this should be your go to. It's not a hint of Vanilla it's a statement. Not overpowering, but not hiding in the corner like the imitation extract does. It's the difference between your Great Grandma's cooking & eating at McDonald's

Not pure vanilla extract.
It’s artificial. The front of the label says vanillin flavoring an artificial flavoring FDA 169 182.The ingredients on the bottle say water, alcohol, vanilla extract, vanillin which is artificial flavoring chemicals, and caramel color, whatever they decided to use for that.
