First time user, directions were translated in English. They were easy to apply and only one seed fell off adhesive during transport. I just used that to practice adhesion. Strong and durable, seeds are smaller than picture but easy to apply. Great value for the money.

I haven’t used a product like this before so my review is based on first-time experiences. The kit included a large color poster with diagrams on one side and big charts of Chinese text on the other. There were no directions in English, so I found some video tutorials online and played with the contents to see what might help me. My main interest was in relieving headaches and tinnitus I get occasionally due to sinus issues and jaw tension. The seeds are very tiny, think large-print book “period” in size. I had a lot of trouble using the included tweezers to grasp the adhesive discs. Placing the disks accurately on myself and without folding them over was very difficult; it would be a lot easier to have a helper. The seeds were so small, I was too nervous to put them anywhere on or near my ears. So I tried the seeds on a few places around my brow where finger massage has helped; the seed helped me target and control the massage pressure better than fingers alone. The pressure tool has a spring-loaded tip and a comfortable weight for applying pressure. Again, the tip is very tiny, so I was afraid to try using it inside the ear canal or anywhere close, in case of slippage. Around the edges of the ear and behind the ear, and along the jaw, the tip and the other, rounded end of the tool were both useful for targeting pressure in a way that worked better than fingers alone. On the brow area, the rounded end was especially helpful for relieving sinus pressure; the combination of the weighted surface and the coolness of the metal was a good combo for relief. For me, this tool alone made the kit worthwhile because I’ve never found a tool that does this quite as effectively, and it brought me much faster relief than hot and cold compresses and massage with fingers.

The 'map' for the location on where to put the ear seeds aren't really clear. I like using it when I need it for my stomach.

I actually used this for a few days and honestly… this is probably the worst ear seed kit I’ve tried. The biggest issue is the adhesive. It just doesn’t stick at all. I made sure my ears were completely clean and dry before applying (no oil, no sweat, nothing), and it still wouldn’t stay on. Most of them started falling off in just a few hours—definitely didn’t even last half a day. I wasn’t sweating or anything, just normal daily activity, and they kept coming loose or completely falling off. It’s super frustrating because you can’t even keep them on long enough to see if they work. The idea is great, but the quality is really disappointing. If the seeds can’t even stay on, the product is basically useless. Would not recommend.

The instructions are all in mandarin and the few English words on there are misspelled.

I've never seen such stylish ear seeds before. To be honestly, I've never applied them myself, but my acupuncturist and kinesiologist has occasionally sent me from my appointment with ear seeds, so they intrigue me. I'm battling a lot of stress and cortisol issues at the moment after 2 pretty significant losses in my immediate family (mother and late term loss of baby boy). I am doing all I can to try and destress and be a more patient, calm mama and wife, and of course for my own healing journey! This kid comes with quite a bit, though as-is, I would say it's not for the beginning acupressure layman like myself. That said, it is almost 2026 and we have endless resources available to us. I've watched a number of videos and found diagrams, but in all honest, I've asked the professionals for guidance in what I should be doing with these. I've worn them a couple of times so far after consulting and get lots of compliments from folks telling me they love my new piercings. :) The designs are fun yet classy so I can get away with them in my professional job. They work well and stick pretty good. Not quite as good as the ones used by my professional body work folks, but almost as well. I've had most stick for about 3 days, and 1 that stuck for 2 days. One I scratched off completely forgetting it was there, but the others have stuck even when I invertedly scratched them. I am a "tosser" and "turner" side sleeper, and they seem to stick pretty well. If it seems like they might be losing their stickiness, I remove them as I don't want them to end up in weird places, although in all honesty, my body work folks tell me to automatically remove them after about 24 hours anyway, so I usually do that.

I have some experience with acupressure ear seeds, with a family member who has cancer and another with autoimmune disease, both seeking pain relief and having success. I thought I’d try it myself and selected this kit. In addition to the ear seeds, this kit included all the necessary supplies - a metal probe, metal tweezers, instructions, and an ear chart. The metal probe is nice and the tweezers are decent. The instruction page and chart were incredibly difficult because I only speak English, and most of it was only in Chinese. There was far too much for me to use my phone to translate. I had to go online and find something I could understand, which was disappointing because the listing says they’re in English and Chinese. The print is also very tiny and hard to read. The stickers were sticky enough to last 2 days and 1 night. It was a bit tricky to grab them with the tweezers; I felt like the tips were too big to slip under the sticky part without folding on itself. I’m not sure I had them placed correctly due to the poor instructions & chart. That may be why I didn’t find them effective. They didn’t seem to make any difference. I’ll need to look for more charts & instructions and try again. This is not a beginner kit but would likely be fine for someone who has already used them for a while and knows more about placement.
