DecoArt Americana Gel Stains Paint, 2-Ounce, Walnut

Works absolutely perfect and better than using a traditional wood stain! It doesn’t have harsh smells so that’s important if you’re using it for something inside in my opinion. A little goes a long way! I used it to stain some wood trim I got to frame textured wall art piece I made. Beautiful color that I got in Walnut. I was hoping it was a teeny bit lighter but still looks great!

I used this to paint some light fixtures darker. It looks great and was easy to use. Any issues I had were my errors but this gel is very forgiving and cleans up easily.

My, wood stain has come so far. This is a perfect type of stain - easy, contained and most of all, not messy.

This was something I never used before. It was cheaper than most stains but did the job just as well. The color was beautiful and easy to build on. Only complaint, it seems like you have to use quite a bit when regular stain, a little goes a long way.

Just what I was searching for

I’m using the gel stain to stain my bamboo embroidery hoops for my projects. I’ve purchased it in walnut and oak. I love that there’s no odor compared to regular stain. It covers evenly with little mess and the brush is easy to clean up with just soap and water.

The product is probably fine - haven't used it yet. It took way too long to get it, though. And this was on Prime! Not sure if the seller is the problem or what, but it took a long time. Other than that, all's good. Just a heads up for anyone who's in a hurry.
