Essential Stacks Pure Digestive Enzymes, 18 Enzyme Blend - Gluten Free

Great for those with dietary sensitivities. They won't let you eat something you're not supposed to have, but are wonderful for if you're eating out and aren't sure exactly what is in the food. I find an improvement than without taking them, but again I still try to avoid the things I know will upset me. Very effective given that. Easy to swallow, not the cheapest option at about $1 per pill, but $1 to avoid a tummy ache later after eating out is worth it occasionally. I've bought them more than once, and for the price: these are cheaper than some other options.

Omg! I have been having major issues, could barely eat, losing ton's of weight. Not that I couldn't use to lose a couple, but was concerning because it was because I couldn't eat, which meant I was weak and exhausted, and hungry. Tried this little miracle. After the first pill with my meal, I had almost no pain, bloating or nausea!!!! Will not go a meal wi this little guy from now on! This is not a paid review, this is solely based on someone who has spent a fortune trying to find something to help her eat a meal. Best thing I have found yet, nothing came close. Also taking another product by same co for leaky gut. Both work great. Can't think of thw name, but it is something L-glutamine(?) It's a powder.

My journey to gut health started 5 months ago. I could write a book on how difficult it has been to diagnose my intestinal permeability. Thanks to Richard Brice, founder of Essential Stacks I've turned a corner and haven't looked back. These supplements are phenomenal! I keep these enzymes with me at all times. Food is much easier to digest, and I have had less gas and bloating when it comes to eating high FODMAP foods when I have to go off the grid. I will say that if you haven't included some of the leaky gut diet protocol and eliminate some of the "bad" inflammatory foods (sugar, alcohol, gluten, dairy, etc.) don't expect miracles by simply taking an enzyme. My husband and I have taken a serious approach to gut health and use 4 of the Essential Stacks products. They have been a game changer for us! Thank you Essential Stacks!!

There is far too little DPP-IV in this to effectively digest gluten. GlutenEase Extra-Strength has been far better for me to protect me from gluten even I eat at restaurants.

After struggling with gut issues for over a decade- seeing multiple doctors, support groups, going through what feels like hundreds of hospital tests (Crohn's, leaky guy, IBS, IBD, chronic diarrhea/constipation), multiple colonoscopies, endoscopy, ultrasounds, diet restrictions, elimination diets, and living off of various OTC meds like ibuprofen, Pepto Bismol, probiotics and prebiotics, this is the ONLY thing that has actually proven to have an impact on my gut health. I have an active lifestyle, I exercise 4 times a week, I eat the daily recommended serving of veggies and drink a ton of water; these gut issues have always been apart of my life no matter what I do. I can take this digestive enzyme a couple times a day and my stomach pain, bloating, extreme gas, urge to go to the bathroom instantly, and discomfort is at a ZERO. It neutralizes gas and bathroom breaks smell to nothing. I'm also regular for once in my life. I was shocked at how big of an impact this product has in my life. 100% recommend if you struggle with gut health.

I love this brand! These enzymes have helped my stomach issues so much. I will pop one of these bad boys before I eat anything that I know causes discomfort and poof! No stomach pain! I feel less bloated and have no gas pains when I use these. I will never not use these!

Been taking this enzyme supplement for 4 days and my stomach actually feels worse and I’m not sleeping as well. There are such great reviews too. I don’t understand why it’s not working for me. I’m not taking it again to see if I do better on the other brand I was using.
