This Ninja is a great little coffee maker. I love that I can use pods and regular ground coffee. I took another reviewers advice and push the pod down before closing and I have not had any exploded pods or overflowing coffee grounds. The brewed coffee is definitely hot enough. The unit has been used multiple times a day for a month and no issues. 3/13/26 UPDATE: This little coffee maker is working beautifully. No more wasted coffee from making 8 cups in a regular carafe and pouring half of it down the drain. I love the versatility and the clean notification as well as the easy cleaning process.

Great coffee maker but less than thrilled with Amazon's description of coffee maker as "like new". Would give coffee maker 5 stars for sure. Makes great hot coffee fast! Also great option to have basket as well as pods. I fill my own reusable pods but since a pod really only has enough coffee to make a 6 oz cup, the basket option is great for making a larger cup Also you can buy small paper filters for basket to make clean up easier . Attractive design as well. I bought a "like new" Ninja to save $. This is my first time buying a used item from Amazon..I noted that the like new and the very good options were less than a dollar apart. Like new description said box has moderate damage . Very good said dome signs if use were evident . Well, the unit I got had box in great shape if not perfect . Unit looked as if it had never been unpacked. But upon unpacking it was clear that item had been used. Basket mesh was brown- stained from use and I could not get rid of that Brown color. ( Not a big deal but definitely not "like new") And the exterior of the unit itself has one or more scratches or imperfections on matte metallic - looking piece in front and elsewhere. So again, not "like new ". I would say more like good or very good. I wonder if they grabbed the wrong box, or since it looked like it had never been unpacked before if they assumed that this previously returned item had in fact never been used and did not unpack it to check. Perhaps previous owner was not exactly honest . But Amazon should inspect to verify . In any case I did get a great coffee maker , but my first experience with buying used was not great. ( I decided that I would just keep it and never reached out to Amazon about this issue because I had waited for the item and was in a hurry to upgrade my coffee experience) . .

After needing an upgrade, I splurged and bought a Ninja. I was planning to buy an off brand for $50 with espresso features and opted for this model instead, no espresso but it does have iced coffee features. I love this machine! I have only used k-cups, 12 oz bold which is about my usual, but even the flavor is better which I didn't know was going to be that noticeable. It's delicious. The water container is convenient and not as clumsy as the other big brand (I always spill water filling up my other coffee maker). This is also very sleek and fits small spaces very well. Would totally buy again, and would gift also!

Love this cute little coffee maker!! I was looking for navy blue to match my new kitchen, but didn’t want to be stuck using pods. This machine lets you brew single cups or a full pot of coffee (unlike old ninja). You have the flexibility to use pods or not. It’s better than what I could’ve hoped for

First I bought this coffee maker for me (color Stone) and I was so happy with it that I decided to buy another one as a gift for someone and picked the color Navy this time. It’s a beautiful, modern, slim coffee maker and above all it works great. I would recommend. I have so many items at home from Ninja and never been disappointed.
