Yes it has all the screws for the portal axles.

how many pieces does this kit include.

Not sure how many pieces but it's enough to do a whole trx4 with a few left over... a couple fasteners are too long but I just used the stock hardware

could these be used for the slash 4x4?

Certainly, as long as the Slash 4x4 uses some of the same screws. This is a complete set of exactly what screws are needed for a total replacement on the rolling chassis of the TRX4 Sport. So anything else that uses the same screws or some of them will work to some degree.
