Received the mat 4 days ago and it was rolled up tightly in plastic when it came. It took 4 days for the lump in the middle came out from the packing. It is very soft and has good padding and cute. she does not lay on it yet as she likes to lay on towels. I went in my room and she was on the hand towel on my bathroom sink, so we'll see. Lol The size I got is good as she's not big but she is long. Have not washed it yet.

This crate pad isn’t very thick which is why I got it. I wanted one that is flat. I came vacuum packed, which I didn’t like. It was rolled so tightly that I couldn’t tell if I was cutting the plastic or cutting into the rolled up mat. It doesn’t have a strong smell to me but my dog won’t lie down on it. It was pretty cheap so if she won’t use it I’ll just donate it.

Very soft and cozy!!! When my dog scratches it to make his bed, stuff comes off of it but other than that we love it!
