I honestly don’t know if they really work? I take one right away in the morning and don’t really notice a difference…not worth the money sadly. 1 star because I like that they’re individually wrapped and taste good

I’ve been taking the Lemme Curb soft chews for about a week. They are very easy to chew, convenient to carry around, and have a really pleasant taste. These are good and they work within about 20-30 minutes after taking them. You just feel like whatever craving you had is no longer as important. If you take them and drink water they definitely make a big difference in your cravings and your appetite in general. I will buy again. I don't experience any negative side effects. The only reason I don't rate it five stars is because I wish the appetite suppression effect lasted a little longer. It lasts about 2 hours or so.
