I think they should change the label. For people actually trying to lose weight it’s misleading to thing this is a one size fits all way to sell someone curb appetite supplements. The flavor is good and is nice packaging but everything it says it doesn’t do, atleast not on me.

I’m afraid to say this, but these work too good. The first time I purchased it was in Walmart it was no expectations I just wanted to see if it worked, by the second order I loved how my cravings had gone down a lot, by the third order I had lost 5 lbs. I take in the morning with my other supplements and breakfast. I don’t eat lunch, it’s less important to me but I have had it once or twice. If snacking out of boredom is what makes you fall into an unhealthy weight category you should try these. By the third bottle you will have to force yourself to eat.

These are good and they work within about 20-30 minutes after taking them. You just feel like whatever craving you had is no longer as important. If you take them and drink water they definitely make a big difference in your cravings and your appetite in general. I will buy again. I don't experience any negative side effects. The only reason I don't rate it five stars is because I wish the appetite suppression effect lasted a little longer. It lasts about 2 hours or so.

Product is fine and came as described. Taste and texture are pretty good - like a berry gummy. Soft, a bit sticky. Haven't noticed a huge change in cravings yet, but I've only used them for a 3 days. They're ok for the price. No bad digestive effects yet. Shipping was fast.

The supplement itself is a little smaller than a starburst and is wrapped in a foil wrapper. I keep it in my bathroom where I shower and haven't found it to get sticky or anything, so easy to take. I tried this as a supplement and noticed no difference between taking it and not. Any perceived benefit, I think, is placebo. No increase or decrease in weight. No change in dietary preferences. No changes in cravings.Overall, I think this is just candy disguised as medicine. If they can bring this flavor profile and texture to a general daily vitamin supplement, then I think they have a winning product on their hands. I just cannot recommend this as a weight loss supplement.If you do want a weight loss supplement that'll work, then psyllium husk should be your go-to. About 24g of metamucil in 1L if water will keep you full. You'll first notice a weight increase as it's a bulk laxative, but as you continue for about a month, you'll experience weight loss, lower triglycerides, cholesterol, and blood pressure. Only problem is that it's kinda gross to take, but pick your poison: yummy placebo or icky progress.
