It actually works at curbing your cravings. But, the thing is, I'm a sugar and snacks addict and I eat when I'm bored or stressed. I wasn't craving anything yesterday and I wasnt hungry at all but wanted to eat something while binging Netflix, luckily I had some d David's sunflower seeds. If your an emotional eater like I am, you may need fruit or nuts to keep you away from unhealthy eating.

Bad breath and no results
Gives horrible, bad breath and doesn’t work. I totally still craved sugar while taking this. I took it for one month and noticed no difference in cravings. It taste good but did not give me any results for something so expensive I would never buy this again.

Lemme be honest
Takes a while to chew. Yummy flavor but amazing delivered it with the seal almost completely off. Lemme has been great w customer service. They have been helping w curbing appetite I must say and has gotten my sweet tooth wayyyyy down. Have been taking them for about 2 weeks

Taste is 10/10 I mean these taste really good, could eat it like candy lol the curb part well I'm not really sure. I took it the first day and it seemed to semi work but I think you have to really give it like a week to get the full effect so I will update you!

This vitamin game changer for the fake hunger that yelling at me
I honestly love the lemme brand . I have a few different products from them and honestly, this is one of them that I absolutely love. I am one of those people who constantly thinks about food and when I have this it lessons that thought my brain that I constantly need food. The value is worth it! My stomach doesn’t feel any discomfort. I feel like I just don’t need to eat. I constantly feel like I do need to eat if I use this vitamin. Definitely a game changer.
