Can this unit be plumbed to a water line?

not that I know of. I use it by dumping water into it. W

Will I be able to get tea that is identical to resturants? What kind of tea leaves will I need to go with it and what is brewing procedure?

This is a coffee maker it is designed to brew coffee in a specific way. Tea has to be steeped at a certain temperature and the taste depends on temperature and how long you steep it. This machine is for brewing coffee, so I would not buy it for tea. For tea you need a teapot and a tea strainer. Research making tea.

Can you hook it up to a water line?

The unit which I own does NOT hook up directly to a water line. Other models have that capability.

Can we purchase SEPARATE Filter HOLDERS?
