Fast and reliable
Love it! Super fast and reliable for what I need it for. Battery life is great. Comes with everything they said. Would highly recommend. This was an upgrade from my 11 year old laptop. Definitely a good laptop! Would be perfect for a college student or someone just wanting it for small things at home. Not sure about gaming since I don't game.

Nice speed. Nice quality look and feel. Very lightweight. Very compact.
So far, this laptop has been heart. I have not had it long enough for a longterm review. Here is my short term assessment. It came with everything promised, laptop, cords, earbuds, external SD, mouse, and mousepad. I like the keyboard much better than my last HP. It was easy to get setup and running. I did disable the S mode. I do not like MS’s restrictions to only use MS store apps in this mode. But the bypass is easy. Nice speed. Nice quality look and feel. Very lightweight. Very compact. So far I’m very happy.

Rose Gold - more gold than rose
It’s a great laptop for the price. It’s lightweight, easy to setup, and activating the 1-yr free Microsoft 365 subscription was very easy. I have had issues trying to download apps that are not Microsoft - it says you can toggle between “S” mode and non-“S” mode, but I haven’t played around with it that much (only had it a few days). Connection to wireless devices like the mouse it came with and my printer were quick and easy. It did come with everything it said it would - earbuds, mouse, mouse pad, and external storage -the only complaint I have thus far is the color. I was expecting it to be more rose than gold, but it’s definitely more gold. It’s not a deal breaker, just a little disappointing. Overall, happy with the purchase and seems to work well for the reason I purchased it - use it strictly for educational needs - professional certifications and graduate degree program.

Really great laptop except the mouse.
The laptop I received is in very good condition and everything it came with was impressive. The speed is really good compared to my last HP laptop. The only thing is that the mouse is not one that comes with batteries so it don't keep charge that long. Do anyone know how to charge the mouse? Any feedback would help.

disappointed, please don’t buy
the HP laptop failed after 4 months of purchase - it won’t power on. It took me a lot of time - on hold for 30-45 min- to finally get to talk to someone. They made me try various attempt to start it and finally after a hour told me to mail the laptop for repair . After I took all the trouble- wasting 2 hours to talk to them and then mailing the laptop to them- HP said it was water damage and they won’t repair or replace. very disappointed, should have bought another brand! won’t be buying HP anymore . I don’t recommend this to anyone, as you can get much better /smoother laptops for the same price

Works great!
This just arrived yesterday. Set-up was easy and so far it's perfect for my needs (emails, budgeting, etc.) It arrived with all promised accessories and I love the light green color. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Awesome Laptop
Love my green laptop! It’s lightweight and easy to use. Doesn’t have a touch screen but not missed. The battery life, speed, quality of this laptop is great! And it’s very affordable! I took it on a recent cruise and used it every day!

It gets the job done.
As a college student trying to save money, I think this computer is a good fit for me. It gets the job done, which is what matters most. The only downside is that it keeps losing the internet whenever I close and reopen the computer. I have to reconnect it each time. But overall, it’s great! I’m just getting used to it since I’m used to Apple computers.
