This works great and cleans almost everything. Baked on grease in oven not coming off though.

Wonderful product, works great even for my side job a detail business

I spent time reading reviews and settled on this steam cleaner. Unfortunately, this cleaner failed at every job. It didn't generate enough steam to clean light mildew in the shower nor any other jobs we tried. The advertisement says how easy it is to use and how well it cleans, NO WAY! It is easy to use but does NOT clean well at all. If you are really looking for a steam cleaner, maybe spend more money and but a professional cleaner. This is not worth the money and rather buy a some ammonia and a brush and use elbow grease - works every time.

I don’t see the value in this machine. The cable isn’t as long as it seems, so it’s not really comfortable to use. One pro is that the water heats up very quickly. However, I don’t think it's useful for cleaning windows, upholstery, or tiles. I have luxury vinyl floors, and it’s not recommended to use it on them. I tried it everywhere, but I don’t think it's worth keeping, so I returned it. One of the main reasons is that it’s uncomfortable to use because the cable and the hose aren’t long enough, which makes cleaning more difficult.

Works Great, and was a Good Bargain

I like this with one or two exceptions. The rubber plug on the bottom of the holding tank leaks like a siv and the only thing I can do is put a towel under it to sop it up. Two, there is no customer service number to find out if there is any thing that will rectify it. Other than that it performed very well. Because of this I can't highly recommend it. If someone would reach out to me as a result of this review and fix my issue, I would highly recommend it and give it a 5 star review.

The Gribouillage Handheld Steam Cleaner functions well, but has some drawbacks. First, it is not anywhere near 2500W, which is more than a standard household outlet can provide. I measured it pulling 1685W, so you don't need a special circuit to run it, but their power claim is not accurate. Set up was easy, although you do need two AA batteries for the nozzle control, which I found odd but not a deal-breaker. I filled the unit with water and attached the cord. It is quick to heat up and start steaming, and has three volume settings for more or less steam. The hose and cord length were good for cleaning small areas, but if you don't have an outlet nearby it could be an issue. The speed of shutoff could be an issue for some, it takes about 4 seconds from pushing the button for the steam to cease. It is more of a continuous steam generator than made for short bursts. I got this to clean my bathrooms as the hard water and soap leave a tough mess, and this helped speed up the job. I used the small brush tip and things cleaned up nicely. It comes with a lot of attachments so it is more versatile, though I have not had the chance to try the others yet. Overall it works well and is a good value for the money, but for some reason the listing has an exaggerated power claim that just doesn't make sense.

I am quite disappointed with the machine. It is small, which makes it unstable. You really have to be careful when handling it. Also, the gloves provided tore the first time I used them. The hole for filling with water is right next to the power cord. It's a bit of a strange design. The machine started to malfunction. First, one day when it was plugged in but not in use, it turned on by itself. There seem to be some electronic defects. Also, today, the machine started to have variations in intensity. Even at maximum power, it becomes weak and not much steam comes out, and then it comes back.

Amazing functionality and easy to operate. Just used it to clean my window and backyard trails. Perfect results!
