Love! Love! Love it! It’s absolutely perfect! If you need a walking pad for a small or confined space, this is the one. It does its job well and is surprisingly sturdy. I’ve dropped the handle more times than I’d like to admit, yet it’s still going strong. The magnet on the handle is also a great touch it keeps the remote within easy reach. It’s fantastic for at-home workouts. Trust me, spend 30 minutes on this while watching your favorite show and you won’t even notice the time passing. Plus, it’s a great way to stay active. The only catch is that you need to stay consistent otherwise no fitness equipment can work miracles! It’s also about as lightweight as a walking pad can be. I store it upright against my room wall and simply pull it down whenever I want to use it. It comes with a timer and tracks the distance you’ve walked or run. Those two features alone are enough to keep you motivated and help you track your progress. The belt quality is excellent as well. Even after a 45-minute session, it doesn’t give off any overheating or excessive electrical smell. All in all, if you’re looking for a flexible, lightweight, budget-friendly walking pad, don’t hesitate just buy it! P.S: I dont think Ive ever given a feeback this big 😅😅😅

I purchased the Sparnod WalkyShaky Walk Pad on 5 May 2026, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing—not only because of the product quality but also because of the after-sales service. Within just two weeks, the walk pad started making excessive noise. I raised a complaint on 19 May 2026. Then, on 15 June 2026, the motor completely failed. Sparnod confirmed the motor was defective and sent me a replacement, which I received on 30 June 2026. After multiple follow-ups, a technician visited my home. When he returned for the installation, he informed me that the replacement motor itself was defective. He also mentioned that the Allen key bolts could not be opened and that welding would be required, which could damage the machine's plastic body. He requested another replacement from the service centre. The service team then asked me to pack the defective motor, record a packing video, and send it via WhatsApp. I did everything they asked, including sharing additional photos of the package. Despite repeated follow-ups over several days, no pickup was arranged and no replacement was provided. Even more disappointing was the customer support. I was repeatedly given assurances that the pickup would happen "tomorrow," but nothing happened. On one occasion, my calls from my regular number went unanswered. When I called from a different number, the call was answered immediately, and I was simply told that the concerned person was on leave. As of 15 July 2026, my issue remains unresolved. I have spent more time chasing customer support than actually using the product. A treadmill is a long-term investment, and customers expect reliable after-sales service when problems arise. In my case, the product developed serious issues within weeks of purchase, and the service experience has been frustrating, slow, and unprofessional. I hope Sparnod improves both its product quality and its customer support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

I have been using this walking pad for a few days now and I am very satisfied with the purchase. The product arrived in good condition, was easy to set up, and works exactly as described. It runs smoothly, is reasonably quiet, and is perfect for daily walking and light exercise at home. The build quality feels good for the price, and the compact design makes it easy to store when not in use. Overall, a great product and good value for money.

Treadmill is good. I am using for one week and working smooth. I don't think length is short keeping in view it supports 90kg of weight. Length is appropriate.

I almost use it daily take less space and is very versatile just make sure that you buy a silicon based lubricant spray. Just go for it don't think twice for home use and less space it is the best working pad. Never needed service as DIY is enough just keeping lubricating every 15 days.

Pros: Quite compact, easily fits under the bed, sofa. Has wheels at the front to move it around. Support is quite responsive. Cons: The motor is feeble, and if you use it for more than 20 mins regularly, it greatly reduces the lifespan. Had to replace the motor within 2 months of purchase as it had started to squeak. The mechanic advised using the walking pad for 20 mins, then stopping for 10 mins and then resuming.

Misleading Specifications… Unkept Promise of Technician Visit I purchased the Sparnods Walker Pad, model no. STH 3009, based on the claim on the Amazon portal that it has a speed range of 1–12 km/h. However, the machine sent to me supports a speed range of only 1–6 km/h. My decision to buy this model was based purely on the higher speed parameter. Naturally, I felt cheated when an underperforming model was delivered. Why would the company publish false specifications on Amazon? Amazon should take note of this. If this claim itself is unreliable, what guarantee is there that the company’s other claims are even true? Sparnod, you are a multinational company with a presence in three countries — the least expected of you is honesty. The interface is also slow to respond. Sometimes it takes several seconds to react. At other times, the machine simply stops on its own for no reason. The remote control itself feels flimsy and fragile, hardly the quality one would expect from a supposedly premium fitness device. The power cord is only about 2 meters(6 feet) long — barely sufficient for convenient operation. One is forced to use the machine right next to a wall outlet because of this limitation. To make matters worse, the cable fits loosely into the machine, leading to frequent disconnections. Very reassuring for a fitness device. Because of these issues, I reduced two stars from my rating. The Service Experience Since the interface lag and random stoppages continued, I contacted Amazon for a replacement. As per Amazon’s advice, an official from the company called me and asked for a video of the machine. I promptly shared the video. His response? A brief WhatsApp message saying he would send a technician. That was five days ago. No technician has visited yet. Hello Sparnod, what exactly is happening in your service department? Please wake up the person handling my complaint — he seems to be fast asleep at the counter. In view of this bitter experience with customer service, I reduced another two stars. My advice to prospective customers: double-check the specifications of this company’s products and make sure they actually match what is advertised. Also, don’t place too much faith in the company’s service department. In three more days, my return window will close. Since I purchased this under an EMI scheme, I am now stuck with it. I am giving one star only because there is no option to give zero.

I love this little machine, simple and fun to use.

The product is very bad quality and it makes noise always. It is now not working after less than a year with very light usage. I don’t recommend it at all
