How about our lumbar support？

Our lumbar pillow uses soft, high‑density foam that conforms to your spine. It stays flush against the backrest, creating a gentle curve – not a hard pressure point – even at full recline.

How does ours stay rigid?

The backrest bolts directly to a reinforced steel plate on the seat base – not through armrests. Twin brackets and cross‑bracing eliminate side wobble. Solid even after extended use.

Five‑point metal base with a centered, locking footrest mechanism. The chair stays straight during extension – tested at full recline. No unintended rotation or twisting.

How do our wheels perform?

Smooth 360° rubber casters – tested on carpet, wood, and tile. Roll quietly in any direction without leaving marks. No sticking, no floor damage.

Missing bolts and assembly tools can ruin the experience. How do we prevent that?

All bolts, washers, and the L‑wrench are pre‑packed in a sealed bag. Double‑checked before shipping – nothing left out. Assembly is quick when everything is included.
