It was straightforward and easy to attach and firmly secure this mount to my Lincoln MKT’s center dash vent. I have an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max in a Silicone MagSafe case, which is a heavy and oversized phone weighing ~8.5 ounces. I use my phone in landscape mode most of the time and haven’t found, until now, a vent clip mount that would securely hold this big phone in place. My issue with all the others I’ve tried is my phone is too bulky for a magnetic mount to securely hold in LANDSCAPE MODE. With others, the phone would fall off with minor bumps and sharp turns. This is not only inconvenient and a potential safety hazard, but I get dinged on my Safe Driving app with State Farm when the phone moves. I bought and put the 5th-Gen for MagSafe Car Vent Mount through it the paces…. I drove on the worst, bumpiest and rough riding brick road in town, and I drove out in the country on bumpy narrow gravel roads full of rainwater run off rut. NOT ONCE DID MY PHONE COME LOOSE OR FALL OFF. It worked flawlessly in the landscape mode and the portrait mode, too. Positioning my phone when mounting to the vent mount is quick. This mount literally “grabs” the phone and secures it when it’s positioned correctly… I do not even find it necessary to take my eyes off the road to secure… nor do I need to test it for safety… that’s something I’ve always have had to do and occasionally recheck with all other mounts. I have two other VICSEED mounts, but for my specific applications and needs, this is the most superior and secure iPhone car vent mounting system on the market. BTW: previously I had to contact VICSEED customer support for a replacement part. My support ticket was answered within hours, followed through by a dedicated agent promptly, and the replacement part was shipped out that same day.

You could never beat this phone mount's strong magnet that stays firmly in place, and the best phone holder I've used. The mount is sturdy and works perfectly in vents, while being very easy to install and use.

This car mount works great for MagSafe iphones. My Pro Max has never fallen off the magnet, despite the many potholes and bumps while driving. It secures onto the vent well. I like the adjustability, so I can tilt my. phone to stay at the angle I want. I have bought multiple of these for other cars.

I bought one for my son for Christmas, then my husband and another son used it. They both wanted one immediately, so, now we have 3. Easy to install. Don't need extra stickers to put on the back of your case like the old ones we had. It is a great product.

Worked great for a while. Now it’s just loose and I’m unable to tighten it anymore.

Liebe Leserinnen und Leser, nach nun eingängiger Nutzung der Vicseed MagSafe Autohalterung möchte ich Ihnen meine Rezension zur Verfügung stellen. Die Autohalterung kommt in einer angemessen großen Verpackung daher und ist auch in meinen sehr ansprechend verarbeitet. Was von vornherein zumindest bei uns im Haushalt begeistert ist der Umstand, dass sie MagSafe kompatibel ist. Meine Frau nutzt zwar immer einen MagSafe Pop Socket, aber den muss sie dafür halt kurzfristig entfernen (was auch als Nachteil angesehen werden kann). Normale Ladecases haben meistens eine Klemmfunktion und können daher mit solchen Gadgets gehalten werden. Die Installation ist einfach über den Saugnapf, wobei davor die zu klebende Fläche etwas vorgereinigt werden sollte. Danach hält der Saugnapf aber tatsächlich Bombe. Wir nutzen dazu die Variante am Armaturenbrett mit zusätzlichem Klebepad und das ist einfach die für uns beste Lösung. Die Lüftungshalterung hat bei uns in der Vergangenheit zu krummen Lamellen geführt, daher diese Variante. Über die Scheibe möchten wir nicht gehen, da dies ästhetisch für uns keine Option darstellt. Daher die Variante über das Armaturenbrett und da hält die Halterung wirklich Bombe. Was nun fehlt ist die fehlende Integration einer Aufladung, denn das bieten andere Anbieter durchaus an. Hier hält also MagSafe eben nur und lädt nicht auf. Würde die Halterung noch mittels Kabel mit einem Zigarettenadapter verbunden werden können, dann wäre das ein Traum, aber so ist es in unseren Augen etwas zu teuer für die erbrachte Leistung. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

When I saw this product I was so excited. Finally a holder that can withstand high heat and cold as well as attaches the phone magnetically. I have gone through several different types of phone holders for our car. We have had safety issues when we were on a long road trip, in heavy motorway traffic, and the mount as well as the phone we used to navigate suddenly fell on the floor. The biggest issue has been that the adhesive melts and the whole thing just falls off. The only thing that sticks is the goey melting adhesive that gets everywhere! Don't get me started about the tension mounts that scratch one's phone case and are a menace to get one's phone in and out of. Then there is the installation and praying that the cup and adhesive will hold. Need I say more? I love my Apple devices so having a holder that utilizes the MagSafe tech to hold it in place is just genius. I appreciate that there are two rings included that Android and non/older Apple device users can place in their cases to allow them to attach magnetically. Mounting the MagSafe phone holder in the car was a pleasant experience. We tried the vent mount as well as the adhesive one to test them out. The vent mount easily installs and adjusts to create a tight fit that keeps the holder in place and the MagSafe mount holds the phone securely. The dash/windscreen mount installed easily. Just peel, stick, press down the clamp button and voila! The adhesive mount has a telescoping feature which means you can angle and place the phone as near or far as you need to. It has a good range of motion and tightens superbly. My favourite feature of this product is the MagSafe connection that holds the phone firmly and securely in place. I had to pull hard to take the phone off the mount, yes it really is that strong! No more trying to clamp it in a holder! I love this product and highly recommend it! I will check in a few months for now with an update on how the adhesive is holding up to the very hot summer temperatures. Watch this space!
