I originally purchased the king size version of this heated mattress pad almost a year ago, and it has held up extremely well. The heat distribution is consistent across the whole surface, and the material still feels high-quality and comfortable after months of use. No cold spots, no weird hot zones - just cozy, even warmth. Fits really well and reaches the edges of the mattress (I’ve had others in the past where it doesn’t give full end-to-end coverage). Because of how impressed I’ve been with the first one, I decided to buy this second pad for another bedroom. The controls are easy to use, the heating is reliable, and it really takes the chill out of colder nights. The windows in my rental home are sealed poorly, heater sucks, and my bed is right by the window. (I like my morning light, sue me) Needless to say, it gets cold at night in the winter. I had a heated blanket that I loved but it died on me on the coldest night of the season, so in my shivering exhaustion at 4am, I ordered this mattress pad with same day shipping. Best purchase I have made in a long time. Before I get started on my night time routine I turn it on and let it heat up and by the time Im ready to crawl into bed it is ready to cradle me to sleep. I wake up feeling amazing, I do intensive workouts and get sore, it soothes my muscles wonderfully. I personally use the highest setting, but it does get pretty hot. Get a nice heavy blanket or comforter to put on top you and you’ll be set. The heat is distributed all over so when my honey stays the night we both are warm and happy. I have never found the desire to leave an amazon review in my life but the people need to know. We have evolved past ourselves as a species because we have created the ability to bring a warm summer to our place of rest. Truly incredible

Love this kept me warm all winter

My 99-year-old mother seemed to always be cold when she woke up. We gave her more blankets. We gave her an electric blanket. We gave her a foot warmer, she was still cold in the morning. We decided to try this mattress warmer. She’s had it over a week now and thanks us every morning. We finally found something that would keep her warm overnight.
