The site says to 'hand wash only to preserve copper plating'.

Hello I bought similar item, and the copper layer cracked and peeled. Most definitely, inside my soups and stews. I am wondering, if it Happens here

I found that so far my copper-layered utensils work just great and after having them for about six months, there is no cracking or peeling. So far; so good.
